“Not _your_ dad” 😂 Aw, welcome, Mum! It looks like Sarah comes by her explorer’s spirit honestly. Love how mum was trying to buy gifts from the airport before even making it to Disneyland! Breakfast looked quite good for an early AM breakfast at the airport, especially the tater tots. We are quite partial to potato-based breakfast foods! Honestly, though, if I’d started my day with that many drinks, I’d be sleeping the whole flight as well. I really like the locker/storage option at the hotel, which allows you to go direct to the park without worrying about your bags. In the WDW resorts in Florida, concierge is always happy to hold your bags if your room is not ready, but we’ve never any idea of where the bags go, how many people handle them or whether or not we should tip - the DLP hotel system, while less personal, seems more organized. Your mum’s sense of childlike wonder observing all the little things in the park was so magical to watch. The excitement for the train, the colors of the flowers, the Christmas lights; so much to see, so much to do! ✨ Great parade viewing tips, too. My mother just wondered the whole time, you will notice the trend throughout the vlogs 😂😂. Yeah the tater tots were yummy, they’re hard to find in the uk, so a nice find. The food was good for what we paid, drinks went down well as you can tell 😂. Yeah I don’t think it’s better in France, it’s only this way as we’re do things private…in dlp it’s madness if your in a Disney hotel, it’s less personal and zesty for sure, that I adore about the American resorts. But we do have a great time and love the Disney fix that we get for sure…next year is the odd DLP trip, but we can’t wait for wdw. Thank you for watching ✨

Such a lovely vlog - you can see how much it meant to take your mum on her first DLP trip! Thought the Aspire lounge was great value for what you paid, I’m lucky that I get that view from the office and it is impressive ✈️ The Disney parks are absolutely magical at Christmas, all of the decorations looked amazing - and the snope! Great tip to watch the parade from above, oooh and to see the fireworks was a little treat 😊 Did your mum enjoy the dole whip? Good that the ice creams are back, great price too. Thank you for watching, we made sure it was such a magical trip and did all of our past favourites on this trip, so it was lovely for us too experience it too with her. Yeah the aspire lounge was great for what we paid, I do prefer the 1903, that was boujee, but for £25 at an airport it’s not bad and yeah that’s a great view to have from the office. It was honestly a great view, not crowded and easily viewable for sure. We got excited by the fireworks too, love a little behind the scenes. She did like the dole whip, she tried it a couple of times, but she was too cold to have a full one…she’s not as made as me & lauran, we eat dole whip & ice cream coke rain or shine. It’s such good value, although it was back, it was open 1 out 6 days, so disappointing on that front, but I’m beginning to think this is how DLP operate, as you can get something once and then not again. we had a great time, but it’s not secret that they need to work in their time management. There is no better feeling than going with a first timer, as everything is magical and she really didn’t know where to look. Oh it was lovely taking her, she honestly had the best time, it was a great trip and she wants to go back. You defo have to take him, we will be going same time next year, so feel free to come along. Enjoying watching your vlogs, we are going to the same hotel this year. Is getting a uber reliable from airport to hotel? How much roughly each way. Thanks this has been handy because not sure wether to use uber or book a transfer. 🙂
Thank you so much for watching. We have used the Uber on every single Disney trip we have done this year, never let us down. The only 1 issue we was when they were striking and protesting in the airport and we had to wait an hour to get out (but that was the same for everyone at the airport, no one could get out during that time). We love the convince and they’re normally about €55ish euros and worth every penny x
Can I ask what time your bag drop was to flying out? We have a 6.30 drop with an 8am flight . Would of loved to of gone to the lounge but not sure if we would have time. I'm actually going to get to take my daughter to Disney this year, she hasn't been before as she's petrified of flying.
