Some website say it is, but on the website of dream castle says it isn’t and when we went and asked, they said we could leave our luggage in the car and it would be totally safe. But regulations change every day in the world of hotels. So the best idea is to ask when checking in or before booking. But leaving you luggage in your car does not have to be a problem, because there is security present at the parking lot and there is a gate.
Hi, there are stairs in this hotel,but the stairs are officially for emergency. We also used the stairs because the lifts are very busy. The stairs are a little bit hidden behind doors.
