Growing up, I went to Disneyland every single summer with my family. Stopped around 2015 when I graduated high school and went one more time in 2019. Man do I miss this place. I'm a father now and I plan on taking my wife and kids next summer as they have never been able to experience this place. Watching this video gives me so much joy and brings back so many great memories.
Same man. I have two now and took them last year, it was incredibly nostalgic. Have fun and take it all in! One day they too will be parents and look back on those special memories. Keep rocking and rolling!
I've been to Disneyland multiple times. This is another reminder how much fun it can be even at the age of 70-plus. Disneyland always changing, keeping it interesting and entertaining. This video is the best. Thank you ! ! !
As someone with mobility issues it is very nice to experience all this in the comfort of my own place 🥹 thanks for doing this and filming everything. I had a lot of fun. I'd like to go one day because I haven't even gone before but perhaps one day.
It’s wild, whenever I go to the park I pay no attention to what the people I’m passing are saying. But watching these videos I hear everyone and understand what they are all saying
You're getting less sensory input! The sense of touch, taste, and smell are all 'missing' when you watch a video like this, so your brain has more capacity to listen closely. The human brain is wild! I've also been 'eavesdropping' on everyone's conversation in this vid!
If I was there I'd. Have a double double from in and out burger in one hand and a Disneyland drumstick in the other would be nice to be home on vacation
I'm Japanese, and I've only been to Tokyo Disney Resort, but I love California Disneyland, and I wanted to go there at least once, so I'm glad I have this video, thank you very much!
I remember when you started this channel. And this has become the premiere ambient Disney channel. I moved out of California and am so homesick it’s been hard to watch but these vids but they made me feel so good. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
i can't wait to go back to disneyland with my family including all the newest editions the smiles, laughter, screams of excitement, and overall joy are experiences i wish to witness again whether is be at disneyland or disney world
My husband was in Ontario so I booked him a ticket to go solo today for the first time! This is how I can experience the day from a fare 🎉❤ So magical ✨️ So exciting
Did you get the app for in the park? I got it for my trip back in 2019 in order to check out ride wait times and figure out what rides to hit up first... but I ended up not using it! It was likely because I went in early March (something I had never done before, as when I'd visit with my family as I was growing up, we'd always go during summer vacations) but to my surprise it wasn't as crowded as I expected! I went with a friend, and we got there before the park actually opened, so we perused around Main Street and got to experience Rope Drop, and immediately headed over to the Carnation Cafe for Breakfast with Minnie and Friends - and we got in even though we didn't have reservations! Then for the rest of the day we just wandered around the park, and to our delight, the majority of ride wait times were no more than 25 minutes that day! We only got Fast Passes once for the Haunted Mansion because it was down temporarily, so we ended up eating at the Hungry Bear in Critter Country for lunch, came back and redeemed our Fast Passes! We spent most of the day at Disneyland that we almost forgot to use our Park Hopper ticket to go to DCA, so around 8pm we ended up making a beeline for the other park, and there was only three lines we were really interested in over there Ariel's Undersea Adventure, Radiator Springs Raceway, and Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout - it took forever finding Ariel's Undersea Adventure, as well as finding our way to the back of the park for Mission Breakout and Carsland! Mission Breakout ended up having the longest wait time out of all the rides we went on that day because it was still a "new" ride, but it was definitely worth it because of how much fun it was!
Me and my family are going in June! Can't wait! EDIT: forgot to mention this, but we just came back like 2 days ago. Mom and dad changed the date to spring break meaning I got to experience the trip early. It was a blast!
Wow this is great! I especially loved the visit to the Pirate's Lair. I think the last time I ever went over there it was still Tom Sawyer's island. I even remember that pontoon bridge as a kid... I can't believe it's still there! Very glad that it is. I know Disneyland well, but that's one area I hardly know. It was so fun to see all the magical details. I have to make sure to check it out next time.
I'm going to Disneyland in about 2 months, so this is getting me ready. Although I've been to Disneyland before, I didn't really ride much rides so I don't know the layout of the park, vut this helped me a lot, thank you!
Thanks for the video, a great way to give adults and children an insight of what is on offer, and to plan a visit. We can all get a sense and feel for Disney though we might be miles away - across the pond. Love the humour in the commentary (elephants wearing their trunks).
I enjoy these so much more than a livestream ❤ You do such a beautiful job and no talking! The same way I enjoy the parks 😄 I keep hoping for the Enchanted Tiki Room! Would you please record it sometime? 🌺🦜
Hi there, prepping for a trip later June to disneyland. My girlfriend went to the Disney shop and purchased the 100 year mickey ears and wants to get them embroidered with her name. Do u know if world of disney in downtown Disney does this or just the couple places I've read inside the park? Also, I read that they only do this with purchases there at the park..any insight? Thanks and keep it up!
Noticeable improvements since Chapeks departure. Food quality back to good, some price reductions and more staffing. Park starting to look cleaner too. Maintenance is going to take some time but it’s well underway too.
Can't wait to go! We've always gone to Disney World, but we've been priced out with all of the confusing stuff that they are doing! You would practically need a class just to go to Disney World now, to be able to ride rides, or eat some food! So sad!!!
I really want to plan a disneyland trip for my fiance for his birthday but we are currently trying for a baby and I don't want it to turn out when the time comes that I am so far along that I am miserable. Any recommendations?
It kinda bums me out when people go on the Jungle Cruise and just sit there poe-faced, not laughing, not even interacting with the skipper or the humor of the ride. Like, you know the Jungle Cruise is all about dad jokes and bad puns, so why even bother going on the ride if you're not going to engage with it or even crack a smile?
@@quandaledinglebottom350you can do both at the same time. there's no way i could make it through incredicoaster without making any noise whatsoever, you know? to me thats how i show my enjoyment (going "wooooo!" on the rollercoasters)
This so helpful to my son and myself whom are both on the Autism spectrum! We can see what the new rides are like beforehand and prepare ourselves! Thank you!!!
LOL that's how my friend was when we went back in 2019! I didn't know that they had never gone on the ride before, so as I was exiting of the ride vehicle, I see theirs pop out from the other side of the wall, and they had this completely shocked look on their face and were like, "We went to Hell!! Ohmigod, Disney actually sends you to Hell!!" and I didn't realize til right then just how surprising the end of that ride must be to someone who has never gone on that ride before, compared to someone like me who has been a big fan of the ride since they were 10 or 12, and is so used to the ending, I don't really think about it until someone points it out! 🤣
