3:35 why did elsayed call for video? Was this an illegal movie from reizlin? The huge step forward seemed a bit dangerous but I don't know on what ground he could get penalized. Also how the hell did his light go on? floor touch?

Yes. Most likely a floor touch. No illegal move from Reizlin, no point nor penalty awarded. The ‘illegal move’ was probably Elsayed stepping on Reizlin’s foot, but that was highly likely an accident rather than an obstruction. He probably called for video as proof of innocence and he wanted that point badly enough to not have it taken away so easily.

it doesnt matter in epee as it is a full body target area

You are speaking about covering target, which does not apply in epee, but turning back to opponent is against the rules in each 3 weapons, and it leads to a yellow card at first, followed by a red card for each subsequent offence. One reason why is because there is unprotected target behind the mask.
