You are a true Filipino hero Justice Carpio! The heroes before you did not die in vain since they have Filipinos like you. I hope majority of Filipinos shall wake up on this issue just like our Vietnamese neighbors that China cannot claim what belongs to others.
Justice Carpio has well defined the situation very well and the President should take notice of what he is saying, I am a sailor with a Master's Degree in Maritime Law and have agreed with the statement that the International Court has concluded. Further, the President of the Philippines is weak and needs a stronger President for the future of the Philippines.
Captain, I am not sure what is in your mind, president Duterte is not weak as you think! Comparing President Duterte is better than those four corrupts previous presidents. Cory Aquino, Fidel Ramos, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and Pinoy Aquino these four did not care of corruptions when their terms as president of the Philippines. President Duterte first thing he did was to get rid of corrupts officials working in the government!

Once the verdict from the International Court of Justice (ICJ), a principal organ of the United Nations located outside the United States, i.e. The Hague, Netherlands, People's Republic of China shall obey the outcome of the decision of the ICJ, and not to circumvent that 15 Magistrate's promulgation of judgment, by swiftly and stealthily occupy the entire "South China Sea" overlapping other claimants territorial seas, and to its claimant's airspace. That unilaterally altering its status quo is an act of disrespect the courts. If China alters the status quo of the territorial claim in question (previous decades which they don't occupy) before the case filed against it, it's better for China to leave voluntarily or be expelled from the United Nation's permanent 5-member Security Council. What's the sense of its membership if China refuses to abide with the ICJ's ruling if its chinese brainwashed people firmly believes that military greatness is the law of China's to pursue? For this chinese, "you said that military might of China is the law". I personally disagree with that, and majority of the world (even European Union) won't believe such stupid statements. Remember that China is only a member, and United Nations won't subordinate China's wish to influence and control the world and the U.N. Why should China leave? China believes that U.N. is "controlled" by U.S. And now why China doesn't have to leave the Security Council? Because China has benefited from its membership, and as well, spying the U.N.'s law for them to steal information and adopt its own laws from that information. Whatever China's remarks as "provocative" for them, is totally the opposite of its own actions and countries in the international community won't believe China's tactical propaganda and "manufactured facts", which in fact, "all purely lies". My goodness, China has lots of enemies. It's up to China to kill neighboring claimants, and thereafter dominate the entire East and South China Sea to matched its muscle against India and U.S.'s superpower. Look at this scenario. The Philippine Island of Palawan Province is facing the South China Sea, which the entire sea comprising only 15 km territorial water is claimed by China. If you are the tourist, once you step on the shores of Palawan territorial water, you are "trespassing" China's territorial waters 950 Km from the Island of Hainan. The former ambassador of China to the Philippines says "You have to seek permission from China". What? How arrogant. Nobody believes such statement, even from the statements of Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying or Hong Lei".
