Having been around Officers and OCS when I was in the Military I know the importance (or have some knowledge) of Law as it relates to War. Nobody wants to get involved with an illegal or criminal action. But as a student of World War II to some minor extent I also recall stories of immediate Post Pearl Harbor American Military compared to later stages in the war. And I lived through the Police Action of Vietnam where there seemed to be unending talk of war crimes and legal actions and such. Does it matter in the scheme of things if America declares war against a country or not? If a war really heated up between America and Russia or China for instance how would the resulting carnage be measured in terms of Legal Action? Or would the winner simply claim the spoils? Interesting discussion and I look forward to reviewing a three parts in this series. But as to a car without a steering wheel. I've had the misfortune to live for a time in a Huge Metro Area and thank God I'm a country Boy. I know you drive to the parking area, hop on the subway, wait 6 - 11 minutes for a bus and its time to work. Then it's home in the evening. You might be able to live your life without a steering wheel but out here there are a lot of dirt roads and private trails and such. Can't imagine living without good old fashioned human effort.
