Hello Sir ! can we perform dissolution of 2 or 3 tablets in one vessel at a time to ( total 12 or 18 tablets in six beaker ) to maintain concentration form UV method or not ? As for warfarin tablets in pharmacoepia it is given to add 2 tablets at one time Plz reply.

Mean concentration is calculated from linearity and the dissolution time vs abs.

@@prof.karanajaygupta Respected Sir.. First of all take my regards and thanks a ton for this vdo because it's gonna to save my life as well as career. Then, I have done reverse Iontophoresis process using glucose. But I have done a blunder. also now I don't have time to repeat the experiment because I am in last stage. The blunder is: after withdrawing the sample from receiver chamber, I didn't add fresh solution to the receiver chamber to make up the volume. I have withdrawn 1ml directly from receiver chamber in 20 min, 30 min and 60 min and the volume of the receiver is 6ml. Later that 1ml I have diluted in 10 ml for UV. The amount of glucose was 4gm /100 ml DI water. Since I didn't make up the volume after withdrawing, so can I use this formula to get cumulative value (the adding part to cumulative value which you have explained in this vdo) or for my case the process will be different?? Kindly reply sir ASAP.. your reply can save my life as well as my career. I will be grateful to you forever.
