@@kidoscopic it wasn't. My tonsils were, but not any other parts of my immune system. I ended up having my tonsils removed about a year after I posted that and have no issues now, but it was always isolated to tonsils when I had them.
This actually worked. I had a Stone I could see and taste 🤢...but just wouldn't come up. I gargled three times with a dose of this brushed my teeth with a enamel builder toothpaste and throughly rinsed. By the time I did that, the stone came up along with 2 others. I will be doing this once a week just a maintenance or preventative. Thanks a million.

all these comments look fake, but it actually did work, all i did was put 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and gargled hard 5 times. Instantly had it fall out and felt instant relief from a sore throat caused by the stone.

@@waynemolloy4250I suggest buying an irrigator. Or use the thin hose on the irrigator with a syringe filled with warm salt water and try to aim into the crypts on your tonsils. Also, lemon water and ACV is safe to drink. I think gargling alone will not reach into those deep deep crypts. So drink a solution of ACV and lemon juice in warm water. This is what helped me. I hope you see this
As I'm typing I am tearing up, Don't know how to that you. I have been dealing with tonsil stones since 2019. They were so bad that I would cough alot and some though I had asthma. Here and there they would fall out, but it felt like a rock was going down my throat. I truly felt God lead me to see this channel. Tried the solution the first two days and I thought the stone was dissolving, not sure. After the third try when I was laying down, it felt like something oozing down my throat. I just had my first tonsil stone and found this video right after discovering it 2 days ago. I tried out this method last night with the higher concentration but felt it was too harsh on my teeth. Lately I been noticing people moving away from me and not wanting to be around me. Immediately I taught I must have breath but i I always take care of my teeth even started scrapping my tongue every day. Still people tried to avoid me. Same 😫 For a long time I’ve felt something on the left side of my throat but can’t see anything. At times when I swallow food I turn my head to left and notice a horrible taste moving down the throat. I wasn’t thinking stone because feels like phlegm but now I’m thinking it’s a stone 😞😞😞
I discovered that my son has them today. I went back to the dentist because I felt like his breath is still smelling. And then he explained everything then washed. I was even thinking of going to the ENT, now that I know what they are and how it's done I'm definitely getting them out tomorrow.
I’ve been gargling warm salt water for the past few days with no results. Tried this as a last resort and it works wonders! After spitting out the solution for the 2nd time, I could see bits of them that came out. Will definitely be doing this every morning/night, thank you so much!!
@@reynaldocastano6259 yh it does remove them, when you really gargle and spit them out but it can’t really remove the deep rooted ones I think although I haven’t really been consistent but I think if you use this and the irrigator syringe it could work really well
If anyone has found this video and needs recent confirmation that this works. It 100% does. It didnt dissolve mine but it made them come up and they were easier to cough out or remove manually. The first day, I did the rinse twice in the morning, nothing came up. I did the rinse twice again in the evening. On that second rinse the tonsil stones started coming up. I think I got about 8 from my right side. None from my left side the 1st day. The second day once again no stones in the morning after two rinses. I got home from work and did 2 rinses again. 1 stone came up from my right side. Another stone came up from the same side on the 2nd rinse. 3rd day did 2 rinses in the morning. Stones started becoming more visible on my left side. Up until this point I had NO visible stones. Just chronic bad breath. After stone kept appearing I kept doing the rinse. I think about 15 stones ended up coming out from the left side. This solution has honestly worked miracles. I would have never have known I had so many stones. I feel an improvement, but I also feel that I have more to come up. I will keep using this rinse twice a day
After rinse, fo you swallow the drink, or just spit it out? I make another "drink", (not just a rinse). I use freshly squeezed lemon and orange, ACV, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and red Cayenne pepper.
So you don't burn your throat or damage your teeth, just take a q-tip, and dip it in some apple cider vinegar. Then rub it gently on your tonsil stones. Test different strengths. You don't need a lot. Test on an area of your tonsil. Leave on for a few minutes. Then gargle with some salt water. Should loosen the stones.
The Candida is back😢 So I'm definitely going to try this to keep my tonsils clean while I try to fix my gut biome, again. Most people don't realize when you get the yellowish whitr stuff on your tongue that you can scrape off. .. that is yeast or candida coming out of your gut through your tongue. That is over 90% of what causes your tonsil stones. I know because once I got my guts straight for several years I didn't have a single tonsil stone but as soon as it got out of whack the stones immediately started appearing again.

I tried this today, using 8oz. of filtered water as demonstrated, versus the 16oz., stated. I used 2 Tbs. organic apple cider vinegar, and 2 Tbs. fresh squeezed lemon juice, plus the 1/4 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt. I burned the crap out of the back of my throat. I looked with a flashlight before and my throat was pink, healthy, and non-irritated. After, I had bright red spots resembling burns like after you accidentally drink very hot coffee and burn your mouth. Granted, I thought it was harmless to use the higher concentration, so that’s on me. At first, I thought some (not all) of the stones were gone, but now I’m not sure if things just swelled up from irritation and are just hiding the stones. I’ll check again tomorrow. I can’t recommend this based on what happened to me. Also, really frightening, one of my back molars suddenly hurts like hell (I had no issues whatsoever prior.) I rinsed my mouth with plain water after the gargle and then gently brushed my teeth using a SLS free Xylitol toothpaste, and this one tooth now cannot even stand the touch of a toothbrush so I hope I didn’t damage a filling. I’m kind of freaked out. It’s just too acidic. Do not try the 8oz. higher strength option. I was stupid to try this. Beware. Darwin Award for me trusting this method. ***Update: hours later, several of my teeth hurt so bad I can barely eat on that side. I literally gargled with one cup of this mix for a couple minutes and it did something to my fillings. Also, the back of my throat has bright red angry lesions. I removed a tonsil stone with a Q-tip but not worth it. Omg! I hope I don’t have to see the dentist. Dilute this! Beware. ***Update 2 - so I did end up going to the dentist to have my teeth checked. I was scolded and told that the acid could irritate the nerve if you have receding gums (I do, due to extensive orthodontic treatment.) It took about two weeks to calm down. I was scared because sensitive teeth can be pretty painful. So, if you have receding gums, be careful and do the 16 oz. diluted version. I think he should update the video and not demonstrate the higher strength application. Also, I really did burn the crap out of my throat/tonsils so it was clearly way too strong with a 8oz. dilution. Don’t do it!
So, I did end up having to go to the dentist. If you have receding gums at all do NOT try this in 8oz. of water like I did. It seemed harmless, right? The dentist thinks the acid deteriorated the exposed dentin where I have tooth root exposure and irritated the nerve. I could barely eat on that side or brush up there for over a week. The dentist painted a fluoride gel (like kids get) on those teeth to strengthen the enamel. Take note: I was able to eliminate the stones (one I easily and painlessly popped out using a damp Q-tip but the back of my throat was visibly burned. I was so scared I’d get an infection during a pandemic. Be careful! It was humiliating explaining it to the dentist as well. :(

Here’s the full strategy: 1) use this gargle as long as you can tolerate pretty frequently over a couple days to soften the stones 2) use a blunt object like the handle end of a toothbrush to massage the tonsils and break up the softened stones 3) use a syringe or waterpik to rinse out the now small, loose, soft pieces of the stones 4) profit

Two days ago I woke up with terrible bad breath and no amount of toothpaste or mouthwash would fix it. I diagnosed myself with tonsil stones but I wasn’t able to see them but I was able to feel them in the back of my throat. After trying this I did not see any come out but the bad breath stopped and the sensation of having them also did. So thank you I guess
WHOA, I had a persistent "stuck in throat" feeling + nasty taste in left side of the back of my mouth, and wondered if it might be a tonsil stone. As gross as it sounds I think it would be interesting to see tonsil stones in a dish and see how quickly they dissolve after pouring the solution in them.
I did it! I left them in a dish for 3 days. They did not dissolve. They only shrunk a tiny bit. But, I did gargle the mixture and it help several fall out. Perhaps it is because it makes your throat pucker to push them out.

IT WORKED SO WELL!!! They were starting to get really painful and annoying after a couple days and found this video in a desperate attempt to get rid of them. After 2-3 days of gargling 2-3 times a day (and occasional flushing out with a waterpik) the swelling in my tonsils went down and the majority of the stones were gone! Anything thats left is painless and im thinking will be gone in a couple days. Worked like magic

So I watched this video 2 nights ago and read all the comments thinking “there’s no way it works that well..” Got the ingredients last night made 1 batch and tonight I’m almost tonsil stone free. @@bman_2024 The gargle helped dissolve the stones until they could fall out on their own. I had two tiny stones and it took about 4 days for both to fall out. My throat didn't feel irritated. I wasn't using any antibiotics.
You can just use water and the Apple Cider vinegar, gargle 5 times morning, afternoon and evening then get a syringe and hose the water directly on the stone and it should come out easily as mine was huge. Make sure to rinse with warm salt water after the Stone comes out

briefly, the video recommended to use a mixture of 1 cup water + 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt + 2 tablespoons cider veliger + 2 tablespoons of lemon juice for gargling and to rinse your mouth out with water after that
@@sydneydecastro4804 there's nothing in his solution that would be bad for you unless the acidity upsets your stomach. I sometimes drink 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar diluted in water because it has some unsubstantiated health effects. I guess I'll just add some lemon juice and salt and a gargle to the process.

Oh wow this explains a lot. Yesterday I drank a tea with lemon and I never really do that. And this morning some tonsil stones popped out like it was nothing. I still have more so I’m going to try this now.

Less than 24 hours later...it's gone! It was a huge, painful, dreadful tasting stubborn little shit. But I gargled with this stuff a lot yesterday. I didn't think it was working. I gargled with this solution once a day (3 times so far). This morning, I accidentally threw up due to pushing the toothbrush too deep into my throat. Tonight, I spat out a tonsil stone. I've stuggled with bad breath for about a year now and recently discovered the culprit which is tonsil stones. My tonsils have always been large because my dentist would always comment on their size and i never thought anything of it. I had extensive dental work done and when it didnt help my breath, i learned that it was due to the stones. Ive seen two ENTs who didnt entertain the idea of removing the stones or giving me any advice on how to do so because they prefer to just remove my tonsils altogther and i dont want to do that. @@phia8612 Either works. He swallowed just to show it was safe to do. Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother is considered to be really healthy by some people but other than that you can just spit it out.
I'm about to try this, after 3 months of perpetual throat and ear issues, 3 misdiagnosis from doctors, antibiotics, ear and nasal sprays I'm fairly confident this is the issue.
@@johnbeard3733 yes the right one, which has reduced somewhat after removing a fairly large stone and a couple of smaller ones. Think I have chronic tonsilitus.

I've started doing this today. So far a tiny tiny piece has come out. Did it this morning and my throte felt less sore afterwards. But the soreness was back by the evening when I was due to do it again. Only doing it twice a day as I'm worried about the effect on my teeth. I'm thoroughly brushing afterwards anyway. Will update after a week. X
It would be better to brush before because brushing is a bit abrasive and the acid has already weakened ur teeth. You could rinse ur mouth out with water and a little baking soda to neutralise the acid
I wish, I WISH, I had taken before and after shots. 5 days ago, I couldn’t swallow without pain, and had intense earache. I shone my phone torch into my mouth, and lo and behold, there was a lump on the back corner of my mouth. I grabbed cotton buds, but just couldn’t get far enough back without gagging. So I found this, and gave it a shot (using white vinegar and normal salt because I live in the middle of nowhere where they probably don’t even know where the Himalayas are). Twice a day for the past 4 days. I checked my mouth just now. It doesn’t look any different to the other side. It’s a miracle. I’m going to keep doing it until I run out of the concoction. It sounds ridiculous. But so did Trump being President. And you never know if it’ll work for you until you try. (On a side note, I didn’t “spit anything out” - I reckon it either dissolved or I ate it in my sleep. I’m telling myself it was the former 😬).
@@mrandrossguy9871 that’s a coincidence that you say that, I don’t have allergies but I’ve been fairly certain for some time that I have sensitivities - which I’ve been doing ignoring anyway. But perhaps this is yet another sign 🤔
I have been googling if allergies can cause this or vice versa because allergies are killing me and I have both tonsil and salivary stones. Thank goodness I found someone else that doesnt have that hymalayam salt lol I'm also in the middle of nowhere.
If you still could smell the hint of stink in your breath when you breathe out through your nose, there's still some there. After I cough out one and had to manually remove the rest my breath was clear as heck.
Yea I’ve been reading all these comments.. mine is so bad I’m waiting to get my tonsils removed and my Adenoids removed.. there taking forever.. mine are so bad peple can smell it when I’m in the car even on the freeway .. it’s crazy I’ve tried everything they won’t even come out anymore I can feel them tho.. I plan on trying this

OH. MY. GOD. I owe you man.....i have never came back on any video to comment about anyhing but this was worth doing. It works like a charm and damn my stone popped out within half an hour of my very first gargle.... I used warm water(like half of an avg coffee mug) + salt(half a spoon) + white vinegar (two medium sized spoons) and booomm my tonsil is all cleared up. BRUSH THOROUGHLY AFTER GARGLING. OTHERWISE YOU'RE RISKING YOUR TEETH. It was a small to medium sized (stubborn) stone (only in one of my tonsils) and now it's not there anymore within half n hour of my first gargle. I have a horrible gag reflex plus i believe in being sane so i have never put anything inside my mouth to squeeze it out.
Is it all safe. I have this awful feeling since last week on my mouth & got to know from my GP that it’s tonsil stone. I have an appointment with ENT in 3 weeks and I sure can’t wait this long as it’s so damn irritating.

@@JasmeetKLamba don't exactly know for how long was it there....but the day i saw it i gargled that night. And in just a few minutes it came out. I think i used a little more vinegar (not recommended) in my solution which corroded the stone so quickly.

I actually can’t believe this worked so fast. My 9 year old had a decent sized one and he gargled this 4 x times over a 24hour period and it came out. I can’t thank you enough!! You can always rely on RU-vid as your DR!!

I had tonsil stones for 2 years now and around the same time I’ve got tinnitus. I’m just hoping after I clear out my tonsil problem the tinnitus disappears too
I never thought I had these things, never noticed any symptoms. Have been drinking ACV in water just for general health and coughed out a tonsil stone today. I’m so disgusted but so glad it’s gone! I’m going to keep doing this cause nobody wants those lil bad toes in their throat.

First try didn't even have lemon juice nor lemons and only a few pinches of pink salt cause I couldn't open the shaker still worked like a charm. God bless man!
Guys it works, but listen it didn't work instantly it took 5-7 days for me and I didn't have apple cinder so I made only warm water with salt and it give refil but the stone came out at 6th day I coughed 6-7 small stones. Do salt water gargle and have patience it will work
i really hope this works. I have been dealing with tonsil stones for years now, but the other day was the final straw. I had just got back from vacation where i had eaten a lot and I had that nasty tonsil stone taste in my mouth, so I went to the mirror to see if I could squeeze out whatever tonsil stone I was dealing with this time, and I pressed out the most amount of tonsilith material i had ever seen. It'd be a trypophobes nightmare. I still haven't managed to get them all out so i'm gonna pick up what i need for this gargle today.

Imma try this tomorrow. I've had the occasional tonsil stone now and then. But 2 days I looked and saw a bunch of them hidden in the craters. Hoping this helps, because manually removing them works but also causes some bleeding and seems a bit risky for potential infections.
Acids have been stinging my throat and I don't even dare consuming anything acid (eg: fruits). It has been 11 days since the start of my throat torture. I just found out the white patches behind my throat so I will try this out and update this comment whether it works or not!
Like so many here, I've tried gargling various concentrations of saline, but it never really dissolved my tonsil stones. If anything, it just made them harder and maybe shrunk them a little. The acids are the key. Just keep chipping away at them every night and eventually they will all dissolve and fall out of their tonsillar crypts.
I have my first tonsil stone and it’s in a hard to reach spot and it’s starting to get very uncomfortable and I don’t want to go to the doctors during this pandemic
Ninoska Romero press it out yourself. Torchlight, ( to ensure you see what you’re doing) a little salt ( optional) on your index finger and gently squeeze your tonsils and you’ll be able to drain everything out. Gaggle with this solution and it’s perfect.
@@Minecraftpe5 did you ever get your tonsil stone out? I've been dealing with these tonsil stones off and on for years now. My right tonsil is slightly bigger than the left, ENT said he's not too concerned if they don't really bother me, which they don't, but I keep getting tonsil stones. Yuck.
Man i can't thank you enough I had a sore throat and I have had tonsilitis in the past and I couldn't even see any stones in my tonsils but after gargling with this solution a stone came out of nowhere from my mouth. Definitely works.
Is it safe to swallow that mixture. I only ask bc I want to do this to get rid of mine but I don't know if I'm supposed to swallow the mixture or spot it out?
