I suddenly started giggling during this reiki session..then I remembered some event and felt like crying. Thank you for all these amazing videos. I did almost all of these chakra sessions and I'm so thankful. I feel like there's been such deep healing already and I feel so much better. I'll definitely come back for more..thank you. I rarely comment on videos but I felt I needed to today. Like everyone I have experienced trauma in my life and now I’m trying to make sense of it and to try and heal. I have found meditation and more so working on my chakras and energy with the help of guided meditation has really helped me. Today was my first viewing of this video and I found it to really strike/touch/trigger(in a good way) me. I know a little bit about Reiki, but really nothing at all. I have been trying different types of guided meditation, sorta like throw it at the wall and see what sticks lol. Will this one stuck. Towards the end there’s a moment where we call back scattered energies from past lives and other dimensions. So in that moment I called back my inner child from these past traumatic experiences. It wasn’t worded that way in my headed but you hopefully get the idea. At that moment (no crap) tears welled up in my eyes. Not an ugly cry but just tears welling up behind my closed eyes. This was just wild to me, this has never happened. I’m not going say that I know what this means, but I thought it was pretty significant. Sorry to ramble, my family and friends don’t enjoy the same views as I do on meditation and energy and I really just needed to let someone know. Hoping your day was good and even better now. Hi Andrea, could you possible make a video about how to tell people about Reiki. As a reiki healer when people say "what do you do?" I tend to fumble for words on how to express what it is that I do. I know what I do, I just have trouble expressing that, especially trying to get new clients or people interested in reiki. Maybe if you could include some tips on how to build your Reiki business and get yourself out there for others like myself who have a tough time selling ourselves. Thank you for so much good info you pass along to all of us out here!

Hey Andrea! I just wanted to send along some gratitude for these chakra videos, as well your one on Arthritis…I’ve been experiencing symptoms of that as well as stomach issues for a number of years, and these have helped immensely. I was wondering if some time, if it’d be possible to do another reiki video focused on ‘love’. I adore the one you have, as well the affirmations that flash on the screen every now and then. It would wonderful if there was a version where you spoke those affirmations, as the videos where you speak I find are especially helpful to me. Sometimes my mind gets so crazy with worry or frustration about my symptoms, but when I listen and focus on your voice, I find it calms me. It helps bring me back to the present moment rather than being stuck in the past or worries about the future, and that’s immensely helpful. I’m any case, thank you again for these videos, you are a true angel.❤

what do I do if I have a toxic step dad who purposefully tries to make me feel worthless by being rude to me, interrupting me, ordering me around etc. but I can't say anything back otherwise I get punished badly. How do I stay feeling powerful even though I cannot say anything back to him?
