In the game, you have inherited a distillery and are hoping to someday achieve the title of master distiller through purchasing goods, building up your distillery, and creating the world's most renowned spirits. Use cards to purchase new ingredients and invest in upgrades to your distillery, all while eventually distilling the spirit and sending it to the warehouse. Once in the warehouse, age your spirit to enhance its flavor and bottle it to sell it for major profits! Achieve the title of Master Distiller by having the most victory points at the end of the game. Points are obtained by distilling and selling spirits." *Media Inquiries: rollingsologamer@gmail.com* *Want to support the channel? Another awesome showcase! I don’t even like euros and I purchased this game after watching you unbox it and talk about it. I’m proud to support your videos Adam. The amount of thought you put into everything from the thematic intros, to the detailed walk-through and thought process of the game… you are second to none!
Well this made my day! I’m fully onboard with thematic euros. Gameplay that is woven into the theme. This one nails it so I had to show it off to the solo community. I’m holding onto to it long term too. I have more gameplay coming very soon! Thanks so much for the kind words. Makes it all worth it 😄
Great video, thanks for making. Just one thing to point out, the 'Collect' solo goals only require you to have claimed the label(s), you don't have to sell the spirit and place the label on the label bonus space. So you could score the C goal in row 1 (collect a silver tier spirit label) when you distilled the Whiskey and took the spirit label, even though it needed to age in your warehouse for at least one round. Then you could also score the C goal in row 2 (collect 2 different spirit labels) since you had labels for Vodka and Whiskey. Hope this helps, and I'm looking forward to part 2 of your play through.
Thanks for watching Richard and the feedback! Yes indeed, you can collect from the either the label in your warehouse or from a spirit label bonus choice on your distillery board! Up to you which you do, including the timing. 😄
As an idea, you might want to consider grabbing the Spirit Safe upgrade card at 47:06 in round 4 using one of the free bonuses you can get when you sell a spirit. If it's still in the row on the end of the market phase on round 4, you can use the "1 free upgrade" bonus to get it, or the "...take 1 card from the truck" bonus if those B goal cards decides to dump it onto the truck. What that powerful effect, it'll be useful for the last 3 rounds of the game to maximum the points you can earn, since it'll at least only have you lose only 1 card from each spirit you make each round.
Hey Daniel! Love the feedback here. I agree, that would be a good one to snag potentially. Thanks for letting me know your thoughts. More to come very soon. 😄
It’s solid. There is a whole bunch of goal cards used at random and the clip board changes what can be made. So the structure and objectives change often to keep it fresh! There’s also an expansion too.
