As a woman I disagree about giving a woman a vacuum cleaner for Christmas. Or giving any kind of tool for Christmas. Personally I love practical gifts.
I was greatfuo to get a better working vac as a gift one year. But then again any small gift is better than nothing and something practical in a well grounded marriage whereby the spouses are well aware of the budget and needs of family life mean a practical gift like a vacuum is a thoughtful, useful and welcomed gift. Maybe not always such a gift because some want more sentimental luxurious gifts. Depends on the person.
If a wife isn't subject to their husband, then who too?? That's a crazy concept to omit such scriptural verses, but expected in feminist type relationhips. Sadly
