I love your video`s so much Charlie, so positive and much love, fun and laughter. Thank you for doing this and giving us your channel and all the work you do. Keep up the great work! 😊😊
Your Cirencester DGR was truly an impressive gathering of distinguished gentlefolk. Loved the stopover at that posh school! It boggles the mind that thousands are taking part in similar rides all over the world on the same Sunday every May. Cheers from Alabama.
Thank you for doing this and sharing. Has made me quite emotional. This was Andy’s goal to get out of hospital last year. Unfortunately he didn’t make it. He’d grown a beard which he was going to have trimmed and chosen a lovely outfit. He was supposed to ride on 21st May. His beard was trimmed, his outfit was on and we had his service and celebration of life on Monday 22nd 🙏 I got so emotional yesterday as I rode over the boarder of Austria yesterday. Watching this on waking has really helped 🙏 Waterfall ride today and Grossglockner challenge in two days 💥💃🤞
I used my lone rider for the first time this weekend at my archery championships weekend shoot and loved it. So much space. 5 mins to erect and 10 mins to put down and pack away. It's awsome.
Hey Charlie, that was a great turnout for your gentleman’s ride out, and you all looked very distinguished, your video with the drone shots especially where really great, it was interesting to see Cirencester market place full of bikes from ahigh 😎
I did the Guildford Surrey Hills event, great day out riding for a good cause. Cold start though dressed in a shooting jacket and it did feel strange not riding in leathers. The range of bikes is amazing too. All helped by the glorious sun shine.
You were so lucky with the weather, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Loved the BSA Rocket Goldstar. At my 'local' (read an hour and a half away) in Lleida (Catalunya, Spain) the start was in sunshine but by the half way point the skies opened up and it was in biblical proportions, they call these storms Tormentas for obvious reasons. So most of us left and went home, my new (3 weeks old and not run in) R.E. Classic 350 had a true baptism 😔
Charlie that looked a marvellous event and a chat with Henry to boot! That old Lambretta took me back - the same Ld model as my first machine as a spotty 16 year old, and the subject of my first speeding fine - 52mph! When asked if I had anything to say, my reply was 'wow, I didn't know it'd go that fast!' 🤦 £6 fine+endorsement. (well it was 1968!) Great vid again Charlie. 😎
Another excellent video thanks Charlie. It was fantastic to see the lineup of motorcycles and all the support for such a great cause. The weather looked fantastic as well. Keep up the great work.
Awesome place to camp out, Omg so many Beautiful bikes so many people just having fun. I haven't done that here in the US in a long time to much sad stuff going here in our country.
Charlie, that is an amazing setting for that ride, gotta love your outfit. My dad used to have goggles like your goggles and he used them to ride with. Thank you for doing your part to raise awareness for men’s health. I appreciate it.
Lovely video! What a beautiful old building this Hatherop Castle School. And you look fabulous Charlie in your red leather jacket as well as in your white blouse with ruffles, very distinguished! Take care and ride safely.
Great video Charlie and yes I agree the bigger tent us great nothing like being able to stand up to get dressed in the morning and to sit in a comfy chair and have a coffee
Cracking video, thank you Charlie. The BSA in your group just was beautiful as did your good self! Great fun and would always go for the camping myself.
Thanks Charlie, brilliant vid of the whole day , it was a pleasure to finally meet up with you on this amazing day and all for a great cause, it was lovely to see Betty , I thoroughly had a great day meeting up with old friends and riding along with them , thanks Charlie and safe trip next time 🤫, cheers Mitch
Lovely Vlog as ever Charlie. Looked like an awesome turnout and some great outfits worn by so many😎. You looked very Dapper yourself. Pretty cool that Henry Cole had a sit on Betty. Paul’s Harley parking was an Epic in itself 😆
Absolute corker of a video RDR. Looked like you had a brilliant time. I think the whole country got good weather for the DGR this year which is a blessing in its own right. Loved the music you have accompanying the video.
Hi everyone, I don't know who mowed the camp ground but they were drunk!!!😲Great stuff, love all the beautiful machines. Terrific event for men health and seeing 1 women riding makes its even better🇦🇺👍
You raised a couple of decent points 😊 about help for prostate cancer and mental health well done, and i agree with the comments about you very pretty and ladylike if not in those exact words.
I was out on my first training day on the run up to my tests on Sunday 19th when I saw an extraordinary group of well dressed riders leaving Lee-on-solent. Gave them a nod as we passed. Now I know the reason for the striped jackets and ties. :-)
Charlie, like us in Aberdeen, you had wonderful weather for your DGR! Thanks to you for giving me a 'push' to do my very first event this year! Just a pity I missed chatting with your brother, not knowing he was there! Your outfit was amazing, by the way! 😍
I've always wanted a Vespa or Lambretta all chromed up with mirrors all over the front in 1960's MOD style in the same look as Sting's in the movie Quadrophenia. Wearing a US military coat and sunglasses.
Great video! Good ride! Wonderful event! The Harley at the camp probably weighs 80 to 100 pounds more than any of the other motorcycles at the camp. The extra weight can make them a bit clumsy to park.
Hi Charlie, I like the boots you wore on the ridgeway. Am looking for a comfy pair of riding boots. What make, model are yours?. Love your videos as a fellow Himalayan rider❤
Brilliant day, fantastic outfits and bikes but weren't you bloody cold? I've only just taken the thermal lining out of my trousers and still have it in the jacket. 🙄
I found that having the air bed ontop was really comfy, I need add a non slip mat, the sort you get for dash boards in cars type thing to stop the mattress slipping , but yes, it was a success.
@restdayrider Thank you. I'm camping for 9 days next month, by far the longest I've done on a bike, and so that bed may be worth it. Not sure I'll have room on the bike though as like you I also have the lone rider tent.
Wonderful video Charlie. You look fabulous👍. DGR was a very successful here in Toronto . Lots of money raised for a very worthy cause. Cheers, Dan. ✌️🏍🇨🇦
Omg that black and white dog 😍 If I were to tent camp, I would definitely get a tent like yours. How did you like the bed frame? You guys seem to have great weather for the ride! I love that all the riders get to dress up. Your outfit looked good! Love the helmet with the glasses! We also have mounted police uniforms here, in Canada. Betty looked great!
