Sir, in dc machines also distributed winding is used, then why we dont apply distribution factor there? Lap and wave windin is also distributed right?

Whenever there is distributed winding, distribution factor is always considered. In DC machines, distributed winding is used in armature (not field poles). Lap and wave winding can also be concentrated nor distributed winding.
