In this video, I explain what the Distributive Property is, based off of the Distributive Law. I show you how to expand factored polynomial expressions using the Distributive Property. Starting with an example where we use just numbers I show you how you could use the Distributive Property or PEMDAS, a way of remembering order of operations. I then show you how the Distributive Property really shines by simplifying expressions with variables and for the next two examples I multiply a monomial by a binomial using the Distributive Property. After that I focus on multiplying a monomial by a trinomial in problem 4 before moving on to double distribution in example 5 where I multiply a binomial by a trinomial.
This video is a must for any math student in pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, precalculus, calculus and beyond.

Can you share a roadmap about how to start coding for a complete beginner. As far as i have learned i have to start by mastering a language then mastering dsa and development as they give you job because of their demand. Is that right and plzz share a roadmap how to achieve thaat like resources topics . Being a beginner i am confused by people some say to take it slow learn whatever teaching in college, but i see some friends at a whole different level and i am scared to compete with them. I have seen your videos and i found although you are consistent but you don't like cover entire topics in your playlist maybe there are some reasons for that or you like to share your knowledge to strengthen it ...i know it helps but i would really love if you completed the videos . I am commenting on your latest video so that you might reply it . Plz reply bro. You are really good

I might look at Traversy Media for some more complex stuff. It depends on what you want to do and what type of job you are looking for. I've worked in web development so for me it was learning HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP/MYSQL although I do a lot of other stuff on this channel. Have you looked at jobs in your area? What are the requirements / preferences? As a disclaimer, I'm a little burned out with web development and am currently teaching mathematics, hence more of my current videos are math videos.

@@TimothyUnkert Most companies prefer that you have dsa , web dev skills and there are some trends too like ai/ml . That's what i have gathered on researching. So you did web dev , i want to know how would you do it all again from scratch like from basic learning a language ( i am completely new to coding and currently learning c ). I really liked your content they are fast, simple I don't know why it doesn't has the reach it deserves. But yeah one day for sure ..

@@vengeance.fc00 if I were doing it now I would look at some of the ai stuff for sure - I use Chat GPT and deepai.org for generating stuff for my math classes and it would be helpful for certain types of coding. From my perspective I wasn't working at the larger corporations so it was more can you build a site that is pixel perfect as a test. A lot of places will do that in web development - so being able to get really good with CSS would be something you should look at in terms of getting into a web development place that builds for small companies. If you're doing that you'll also need non-coding skills like how to integrate your code into the backend of WordPress, probably using Bootstrap with the themes your building (WordPress is like 40% of the total web so you can't avoid it). If, however, you're going into a bigger company having skills like React or in Colorado, Angular, would be something to look into. It depends on the area and what frameworks they want (although HR sometimes just lists everything). For me, I've lived in mountain towns that don't have bigger companies so the work I did was for smaller companies - I wouldn't recommend that from a financial perspective but I'm a skier ... Anyways, if you're looking for a bigger company see what they are looking for, if you are looking to get into web dev learn some frameworks and be able to build a nice site with some functionality. After that, look to DSA. Honestly, I would just start building projects that you are interested in. For instance, one of the things that helped me get into my last web dev job was when I was teaching math I would build pages that would generate random problems for students (so none of them had the same problem) then would allow them to submit their work to a database on my server at the end of the work. I could just download their results via a csv file, upload it to PowerSchool and no grading for me. It made my teaching job at the time easy and was something I could show future employers. For that, I used plain html, css, js, php and MySQL (although I kind of built my own template so I could build pages with speed in my prep period). Anyways, I hope that helps.

@@TimothyUnkertthanks man. Keep uploading these stuff..I think your quality of content is great trully but you can work on thumbnails and visual part and also maybe try to upload shorts and reels on various topics , and after that maybe yt live too . Thanks for your help:)..i am currently learning c from your playlist and I am gonna watch supernaturals too😂
