The DNA of this song is impressive, partially uncommon I might say for Disturbed. The slow pacing, the very dark intro, the aggressive, primal chanting, the amount of dark quotes they have added over Donegan’s mesmerizing progressions. I’m a huge fan of Disturbed, but even if I wasn’t, this is some pure art that’s definitely overlooked.

The dislike was probably a war profiteer or someone who’s family who built its name on war profiteering. Great song with a often dismissed message.

To be fair, the song is a little contradictory. It's simultaneously a Zionist and an anti-war song. (The chorus is the Zionist aspect.) Draiman has never been able to reconcile the two.

I've known Draiman was a Zionist for a long time. (As I used to research everything about Disturbed when I was a teenager.) It's simultaneously a Zionist [the chorus] and an anti-war song [everything else]. It's very weird.
