RECIPE:
Red, lightly salted fish - 120 g
Rice (basmati works well) - 70 g
Cream cheese - 100 g
Avocado - 1/2 piece
Cucumber - 1 piece
Lemon - 1/2 piece (juice)
Soy sauce - to taste
Sesame seeds
I boiled the rice in salted water.
I cut the avocado in half, then cut one half in half again and sliced it thinly.
I sprinkle the sliced avocado with the juice of half a lemon.
I cut the cucumber into semi-circles.
I cut the red fish into small cubes.
I assemble the salad in a glass.
The first layer is rice.
A couple of teaspoons of cream cheese.
