The Nutrition Professor), is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), certified exercise physiologist with a master’s degree in public health with over 20 years of experience as a nutrition professor. I feel like Timaree Hagenburger is my Italian-American little sister from another mister. Also living in Florida, it's great to know she's here. We have a lot in common, what with the whole foods plant exclusive diet and our mutual love of exercise including weight lifting! She is incredibly detailed in her presentations and offers us actionable tips that are unique to her background as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I am so looking forward to receiving her recipes which are always delicious and nutritious. It was a little too much talking/explanation for me. I couldn’t hang in to watch the whole thing. (No offense - just didn’t work for me. I already knew most of the things being explained. Good for a new cook, I guess.)

How wonderful to have Timaree back on the show :D her energy, enthusiasm and knowledge are unparallelled :) berry dressings are the best :D and I loooove having crazy mixed salads with everything in them, raw and cooked alike :) parsley is sooo good as a salad base, too! 😆 Timaree cracked me up a few times! "I can make it cheaper, tastier, and healthier at home." I've been saying that for several years! We used to only go to one of the vegan restaurants on our birthdays or anniversary, but we even stopped that about 4 years ago. Also, I get excited about veggies too! I have ignored all aquafaba recipes because I had no idea that you could use the liquid when you cook your own chickpeas! Yeah! Looking forward to trying some now. Great show ladies! Thank you 💛

So, do I have to blend my chia seeds when using them for my pudding? I have never ground them. Only in my vita mix making a smoothie. Help.

Blending the Chia Seeds makes the Omega 3 available :)

​@@charimilligan5326 you do not have to do that. Soaking them, or letting them sit in a liquid will soften the seed and that is what makes the omegas available.
