Meanwhile she drives drunk and doesn't pay her bills, uses men for money and then runs away when they want to collect. Which is a greater danger to society? We know she's a danger to everyone on the road but he hasn't been a danger to anyone.
I love how there are people like you that pander to women no matter what they do wrong. She clearly lied about owing the money and lied about meeting her husband _after_ they broke up. She clearly was seeing both of them at once
She may have her issues but that guy is nuts ! He’s only there to mess with those two . she looks extremely stressed the hell out. The new guy seems chill , she probably needed that lol
@@jd5074 all her life? You don’t know when she started drinking. I could just say when she met him, because that guy is stressful af. And the important thing is getting help which it looks like she has. Meanwhile he is still harassing people
My grandpa has always said, " Don't trust anybody who keeps a smirk or smile the whole time you're having a serious conversation" That dude looks vindictive af!
What a maniacal grin he has. Why do humans have to be so vicious, counterproductive and petty? Don't let your emotions bring you to the point of your own self -destruction.
It’s so obvious that he’s suing her because he’s mad that she left him. I was really hoping that the judge would’ve just dismissed his case & awarded the defendant 5,000 for harassment to really teach his weird & creepy a- a lesson 😤🤬
The litigants don't pay the judgments; the show does. That's why her judgments are always so low, whereas other shows (like Mathis) are high. Her show has a lot of overhead (Harvey's salary, Doug's salary, the bailiff, the production crew, etc.) and each litigant is paid an appearance fee, flown to NY, put up in a hotel, and given a food allowance. She never awards anyone what they are asking and she never "teaches them a lesson" because whatever she awards them comes out of the show's pocket.
This is financial abuse. I believe the judge needs to get more education on different kinds of abuse. He is a creep. He's mad because she moved on. There is no amount of time where a person knows they want to get married. I hope things get better for her. I'm scared for the next woman who gets involved with this creep.
i agree completely, it is definitely a real thing to wear someone down until they give in. i can definitely understand why she signed that to get him to just stop bothering her.
Definitely agree with you! Judge milian isn't as tough and wise as Judy. Sometimes she really makes bad judgements like the woman who stole the neighbours speakers 🔊 and was so disrespectful to the judge in court 😒 and she ended up rejecting the claim for harassment 🤨that really put me off, it's clear enough that the woman was so out of control if she couldn't behave with the judge and that wasn't proof enough for milian 🙄
Stalker: Can I say hi to my family in Rochester? Announcer: Not really... sorry! Me: 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Stalker: 😁 Announcer: I don’t know why you’re smiling... you lost! Me: 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
He was controlling her by putting the car in his name along with getting the promissory note before he would let her leave. This is the type of guy you have to move far away from and tell no one where you went
No, he had the car and insurance in his name because of her DUI, she couldn't get Insurance most likely, BUT yes he is a serious creep and stalker. All the time with that maniacal smile.
@@ScanMan1967 No, the DUI came AFTER. If you listened, he insisted that everything be in his name. That in combination with thebphone thing and his actions afterwards show him to be a controlling, stalking abusive man.
Actually, this is the type of guy that someone needs to meet with someone who knows someone who knows someone else who can have a nice long talk with him deep in some wood's where he accidentally gets lost and can't find his way out ever again.
The fact that he is laughing about the fact that she's showing a video of him stalking her and sending her incessant emails is disgusting. He absolutely was a control freak and couldn't let her go. Even from his own words it shows through
@@Mark5023w His type can switch personalities on a dime. He probably seemed like a prize at first. Then his true colors came through. Heck, he's trying to gaslight the judge.
You ever notice Doug seems to figure people out before they get to him? I think he is an excellent judge of character and his last word digs are LEGENDARY !! Doug Llewelyn 💞🌟
Me too,yrs ago.got to the point that my friends knew if i disappeared that the cops needed to know that most likely it's him.plus my friends documented events they witnessed(time, date, context).after he realized there were too many witnesses he backed off.2 yrs later he got cancer, died in less then 6 months.it was a very terrifying time in my life.good thing was when he got abusive the first time i said nope, nada, didn't listen to his apologies, give him 2nd chance, etc.i bolted.that was 1994 and since then no man has put his hands on me in anger nor verbally assaulted me...
🙄 stop smiling you creep! Leave her alone. She left. She’s married. She doesn’t owe you any money. Just leave her alone. Ugh that guy seriously gives me petty vindictive evil vibes.
I'm so glad she moved on and going comfort in someone who seems like a good guy. Video and written evidence is crucial in cases like this and in criminal cases like restraining orders. We need a follow-up!
Happy she found someone but not one person thinks it's interesting she was married less than 2 months after ending a relationship? She was definitely entertaining her now husband while in a relationship with the plaintiff, that's why she would not let him look at her phone.
so the good guy ends up with a drunk and that is good! so she is the victim in all of this because she is a woman I guess , .. So, she got rid of the vindictive guy which is good for HER, but some loser takes her up, knowing she is a drunk and whatever else might come with her since he is desperate and that is good for him , I guess, right? She did not meet that guy 7 weeks before marrying him and if you all believe that, you are as dumb as I think most people are. There is a reason he thought she was seeing someone and why she was so quick to leave once he called the cops on her. I am always amazed at how desperate guys are and she is a rough 3 out of 10 even if you factor in that these guys arent that great looking either. The power of 3 minutes of terrible sex is mind blowing.
Ooh, Pasquale went and got brand-new sneakers and put on his gold chain for his big TeeVee appearance. She "just" has one DUI. The way these people live their lives makes me feel I'm not doing so badly after all.
I don’t agree with the judge on this one, they agreed that the debt was decreased to $400 and it’s so clear that’s he’s harassing her. I have no idea why it was ruled the way it was (•ˋ _ ˊ•)
I think the judge was just trying to teach him a lesson. That she owed him $2,000 but she awarded the defendant $2,000 for harassment so they’re even. It’s very rare that she awards a judgment for harassment.
We are supposed to judge behavior. I’m glad things worked out for you but it doesn’t for everyone. Some people are abusers however, they are able to hide it very well. We should be aware of the possibilities especially when our loved ones enter into a new relationship.
I had a former friends who got engaged after one month of dating and to get married in another month. I knew those two was a bad equation for each other and (as a friend) I told them so and that they would be divorced within a year. They both betrayed me with their reaction so I went my way. I was surprised that 1 of them even expected me to show up at the wedding. . .which I didn't. Lo and behold 8 months later they were divorced. Than expected me to be shoulder to cry on as the friend that never left. 😳 . . .one judges because another's mistakes can be obvious.
I met my husband when we were both 18 and we started dating a month after. We knew that we wanted to be together for the rest of our lives right away, he asked for my hand in marriage, my mother said no. We got married anyways 2 years later, moved in together. We've been happily married for 21 years and have 3 children (19, 7 and 4)Our love just grows stronger every day.
I really do think she signed to just get tf away from him. Under THAT circumstance, I would too, hell- he was holding her stuff!! And I feel like Milian should have upheld the $400 note. If it wasn't right, they should have drafted it again. That way, she could have gotten at least $1500 for harassment. But Im glad she got away- he is very creepy. The more the crazier stories came out, the more he smiled. **shudders**
If she had agreed to the $400 and had paid him then she won't have had to pay him anything more but she never took the deal. She signed a promissory note for $2000 so the judge had to uphold it.
You sure? She seemed super needy to 1 stay with him and finally go for their 1st pair of arms that appeared. She likely would of returned to him if her now husband hadn't appeared
@@stefflouis WTF??? Are you the Ex? What you just said right now makes zero sense & makes it sound as if you're speaking about yourself & your choices in men or you are in fact her crazy EX. 😐🤨
@@4mySweetheart369 Yeah, that in fact made no sense at all. I hope you got a restraining order on your Ex... Hopefully that includes electronic communication as well, because that Stéphane is weird as hell 😯
I don't entirely think she did owe him money. I think they were gifts when they were together and loans after they split. It sounds like she just didn't have the energy to fight him over it and signed to get her car back. I also think she's owed more than $2,000 in harassment because he's causing issues at her work and her husband's and putting them at risk of getting fired.
Yeah I didn’t get that part either. Why would he try to get her/her husband fired if she owes him money? If somebody owed me money, I’d do everything in my power to keep them employed.
This plaintiff is controlling and sick . I know these types all too well. They like to be in control and when they don’t have their way they have a little tantrum. Especially those who have a few couple of bucks to blow think money will gain them things that can’t be bought smh
@@nightwolf9723 And whenever they tell you those meet fell in love and been married for 26 yrs. stories, they NEVER tell you that one or both of them was cheating for a few years, but they worked it out, etc.
Nice! I think Judge Millian jumped to conclusions when she said you don't think things through and yelled at the woman for getting married so quickly. Her and her husband seem very happy.
This guy is dangerous. Any person who reacts the way he did/is, IS DANGEROUS. He is the type of guy who could kill someone & blame them for it. He needs MAJOR help or off the streets. I hope she get to court & got her order
I agree but it's very obvious that he wouldn't have stopped since half the time he was asking for the money and half the time he was asking for her back.
I went to the courts with evidence, pictures of abuse, police reports, letters from witnesses, and a judge denied me help, so courts are not helpful. I letters from teachers on drawings my child did in school of the abuse inflicted on her mother. Difference back then was he worked in law enforcement and I was a store clerk he married, I only won in the end bc he died.
The judge really missed it on this one. This guy is a controlling, serial stalker. This could go really badly down a violent path once he is finally stopped, in theory by a restraining order.
He didn't care about the money. He's just there to harrass her. He will most likely continue to do it until he ends up in jail for breach of the restraining order if he turned up at all to the hearing for that.
MY GAWD that dude is a PSYCHO. No wonder she drank. I would too! No doubt he called their jobs, and harassed them! My husband and I dated for 3 weeks before marrying. Just celebrated 6 years. Sometimes when you know, you know.
THAT SMILE, Milian you’re ridiculous as hell to not believe he’d force her to sign. He’s crazy. She should’ve got all of the money and he should’ve gotten zero
That's what I was going to say she almost was going to make her pay till the last part shocked her so much she really has her bias about people. She is classiest and racist.
Judge was mocking her for getting married so quickly, but her new hubby might have been a shield. He has no respect for women, so she probably thought another male might deter him. I've seen other women do it, including my mother. Sometimes it works, sometimes you end up in a worse situation. Plaintiff obviously is way off his rocker.
@@lottabailey9904 he confirmed that he had gone to her sister's home to try to tow the vehicle. After also admitting that he had given her the ownership of the car. The bad taste is him committing that crime
