I have missed your posts. Glad to see that you’re back or have I missed stuff?I I used to work at the daycare center. I was in childcare for 20 years. All of the daycare centers that I support that had the parents provide the diapers and wipes.
It's great to see you making videos, again! It's like seeing a friend's face greeting us. 😊 I loved seeing the updated daycare rooms and your office personized with your daily items. I divided my room in half, so there's a side for the one-year-olds and one side for the olders. I'm so excited for you. Again, congrats!🎉🎉🎉
I've been wondering how it was going with the daycare. Thanks for the update. At least you can make the decision on whether the child stays or goes. I work in corporate daycare where we're all inclusive and we have to put up with the behavior.
YAY !!! I smiled so big when I saw your front doors ! God Bless your business ! I hope everything turns out great with that child. I wanted to know if in your next day in the life you can show us what you do as far as call offs, how you adapt etc. I know you said you move children around etc how do you do so ? Does your staff get upset? When children go home, do you send staff home and cut their hours ? I know you have to stay in ratio, but please show us how you do it . Also is your staff 1099 or do they get W2s ? Also, how often do you plan? Like events and your to do lists to cover all of your bases.
