She wasn't even evil just really misguided if Joel hadn't chose favorites she could have lived a normal life like Saya but nope he favored Saya and Diva was used solely for experiments that's how her hatred started for humans Amshel wasn't helping either he was just using her but she never realized a shame she died in the anime at least she survives in the manga I should really read it I absolutely love the manga I don't like what she did to Riku in the series but I can't hate her I have absolutely love psychotic characters mainly being female.
Well said. She was unfavored in comparison to her sister. I wish she would have utilized her song as a weapon, almost akin to how a Siren would. It seems fitting for her character, her dislike of humans, and being a vampire.
I would love it if they picked up the story where they left off. Checking in with diva' s kids and progressing to when saya wakes up. Do they ever cross paths? Does saya herself ever get to meet her aunt? What happened to saya and diva's mother? So many unanswered questions.
i love diva so much she has a really beautiful voice .what made her that evil is people who were around her they imprisoned her since she was a kid and they abused her. normal humans keep their anger and keep doing bad things in secret to just keep thier appearance clean . so what do you expect from a imprisoned vampire .
So true. She is the unfortunate one since the "father" Joel chose Saya over her to experience human life. I feel that if Saya was the one get locked up and later being used by Amshell, she would turn out to be someone exactly like Diva. I wished the anime could've explore more of Saya & Diva sisterhood though, instead of just plotting them to kill off each other. Especially Saya, since she has more humanity and aware of their past, she could easily understand what herself and Diva's been through.
For fuck sake. It's understandable, but not excusable. I hate coming into comments like yours. As if every abused person with a fucked up past decides to fuck the world over. She ESCAPED. And she killed everyone who harmed her CENTURIES ago. That she continued killed and even took immense joy in others misery wasnt even all that understandable. We don't really have evidence that she was ever capable of empathy. She's a psychopath.
Not sure about "Blood+" but I know that "Blood:The Last Vampire" is a movie. It has Saya as the lead role but the storyline is completely different: no Diva, no chevalier, and Saya's an actual vampire.
I loved the anime, it was so good! It sucked that Diva died before her children were born... She had the best singing voice. Also are there movies for real?
diva creeps me the hell out. it's weaid how she normally has that childish voice and every so offen you'll hear a very womanly, lady-like voice pop outta herO_o. still she's kick ass tho, kinda felt sorry for her.
I think that Solomon had way more to offer then Haji. I feel bad for the guy. Saya didn't even know the sacrifice Solomon made for her. Lol,and yes Haji is hot though!

Holy Dickens and Bradbury. You sir or maddame are a prime example of the ridiculousness that is the people on the internet. I agree that it's distasteful to use negro as a derogatory term, but in all fairness, it would make so much more sense for you to simply make an effort in writing properly to combat what he or she has said. I'm astounded by how well thoroughly you exposed yourself to them. My writing is by no means perfect, but it's surely best to try, is it not?
