None of this has to do with truth though so I don't know why you would say "May God Bless you All" since this nonsense being promoted has nothing do with the intellectual virtues and it relates to a legal fiction which is a corporation. How could a corporation and inanimate object have mental capacity to understand any of these virtues?
An acre is approx a 200ft x 200ft, it is not very big. It's big enough for a lawn to mow and a place to park your boat, but you'll never have total privacy in your own yard outdoors. My parents and I are residential home builders here in Worcester county; I grew up building houses, and now I sell them. I thought I was aware of every zoning nightmare and restrictive convent ever written, but this dystopian nightmare community near St. Louis, Missouri, takes it to another level! Who the would want to live there? On the flip side, many towns in Massachusetts have some pretty darn restrictive zoning regulations, and on top of it, sometimes we have a conservation commission hurdle to overcome which automatically triggers higher engineering costs; developing land gets expensive once the pencil hits the paper, this is well before the shovel ever hits the ground. I am not a suburbanite, nor could I live in the city, it's rural living for me. We're in Mass, how rural can you get? you're still only 30 minutes+/- (at the most) from a grocery store, and I have privacy when I am out in my yard; my neighbors feel the same way, it's a good relationship. However, there is some nefarious stuff happening at the community boards. From the the selectman's office, to the planning and zoning board, and conservation commissions, Fin com (who we'd least suspect) are also corrupt. It's not every board, nor in every town, but we have them, and we live among them. We have overzealous environmentalists on some of these boards, being unreasonable and an obstructionist, other times it's someone on the planning board that doesn't like the project, or is being spiteful; Fin Com steals money! It's all over the place! I am concerned about density construction; not everyone likes living close to other people, the thought of always being seen when outside on own property is unnerving for a lot of people. There are collectivist groups pushing for high density cluster housing, and they want to force people to abandon rural living; these groups are real. their plan is nightmare for many many people, it's mental abuse. No amount of utility, or convenience, or tax benefit is worth living in that manner. There's sensible zoning and sensible local tax policy, there are sensible development and construction practices that can be implemented to foster a good relationship with the community in which the project is located, it's out there; however, it's unfortunate that some people feel that they need to control how other people live. She seems to miss the point that white neighborhoods are actually a good thing, and forcing "low income housing" on everyone else (except for her special gated all white communities) is bad.
