In the spirit of Mardi Gras, we took a moment to sit down with some students and ask about Diversity and Inclusion at Brent Street.
Tonight, we openly share our faults with grace and heart, with a promise to keep ourselves accountable for our plans over the next 12 months. We know that we aren't perfect. We know that our company, nearly 40 years old, must not only move on from dated practices but create new ones that plan for a more diverse future. We know that we hold the influence to shape the industry that we feed into. And we know that we have work to do.
It begins with listening. Then we action, and we know these will result in change, diversity and inclusion.
