I was hoping you would go into unit recruitment. To go to the heart of the problem, I tried to restrict Haven Guard to the port building at the minor city level. I simply added 0 in the replenishment rate at the prot building at the small town and large town level. Needles to say, I got CTDs, do I need to delete the whole lines ? Edit: I just deleted the lines, it seems to work. Good tutorials, it helps a lot !
