Do I need to install the Third Age Mod first? or can i install it on the vanilla Medieval 2 directly?

DIvide and Conquer V5 is standalone. You don't need to install third age.

paráda.. moc díky za video ale i přes všechny moje snahy mi to prostě ne a ne fungovat 😞 je možný že to je tím že hra není přes Steam? našel sem ještě cédéčka 😀

Did you apply Large Address Aware? If not try this. If you applied, than try reinstall the mod.

@@Deadeyedevious That's weird. So far I didn't have a problem with it. You should try to contact creators of the mod on Moddb(Or Discord). They should be able to help you.

Možno to bude problém. Myslím si, že toto nefunguje na CD, alebo piratovanej verzii. Môj tutorial je na steam verziu.

Jo, doinstalovala se v5 dam large andres medieval2 tadm uložit a pak clear data, spustim a, launcher zahlasi eror

@@daniekacur Skús odinštalovať a znovu nainštalovať mód. Keď inštaluješ mód, uisti sa, že inštaluješ do Medieval 2 total war súboru a nie Medieval 2 total war/Medieval 2 total war. Potom uplatni Large Address Aware. Pokiaľ to nebude fungovať, tak skús steam verziu. Na stránke instant-gaming.com stojí momentálne 5.97€. Neviem koľko to je CZK.

I’ve hit a road block don’t really understand what it is medieval2.exe System error “the code execution cannot proceed because d2dx9_30.dip was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. And I have reinstalled it deleted everything and did it again and it’s the same thing

Yes, you need to delete previous version. Then, you can install the current version.

Hey man, I sadly have the non-steam version and I am getting this error when running the launcher - "Start not possible or exception occurs, System.UnauthoriedAccessException: Access to the path "D:/games/Mediewal II total war/kingdoms.exe is denied." Do you have any tips how I can fix this?

@@Wansawer same problem here yes I have applied the address aware I get the same error before the launcher and if I run it as administrator it launches the game but crashes immediatly

Try to reinstall the mod. Make sure the installation path is: steamapps/common/medieval 2 total war. Not steamapps/common/medieval 2 total war/medieval 2 total war, or steamapps/common/medieval 2 total war/kindgoms. Then apply Large Address Aware, as mentioned in the video.

@@Spartan_Disiplin I don't know, I have steam version. I suggest to purchase this game on steam right now. Currently on steam you can buy Medieval 2 for 6,24€. It will be something similar in US Dollar. :)
