@@vikramvarde467 if you are using 3 holes to get sa then it becomes difficult to change ma to pa....if u r not comfortable with that you can use 6 hole based SA.... anyway it is better to use 3 hole based sa
hello sir, great teaching. my 8 year old watches your video and tries to learn playing flute (C scale), though cannot play that good as you teach. she uses her right hand for the left and vice versa (just the opposite to how you have taught in the video). she says she is comfortable that way. i doubt if it is due to her fingers being short. she enjoys playing flute and says she is making different tunes. please let me know when can i join her in any flute classes. what is the appropriate age for kids to join???

so... Indian Bansuri C tube is the same as my Western / East Asian / South American G tube flutes? I mean, when you cover all your Bansuri holes the tone is G, not C. Interesting.

Hello Ji today tried to play in Fully Air conditioned room but my flute doesn’t make any sound in higher pa note,it was very difficult for me to play the higher pa,dha,ni,sa all Higher notes why it happened like this,but the flute I played was not from Punam branded flute please what was wrong.When I played it in normal room temperature it was ok ,does A/C affects bamboo flute?how to overcome it!,please help me Ji,Thank you!

If we play SA by closing all holes closed we can not play the notes of lower octave.So playing SA with 3 holes closed is preferred. However songs which do nt need lower note than SA then all holes closed can be used . Tnx
Am following your all steps and as your suggestion I bought a punam c scale flute and practicing since 4 to 5 months and I am happy whatever I learnt. From you I think anyone can play easily basis notes of flute by watching your all videos and as my experience I can say that you are the best flute teacher on RU-vid the way you r teaching is outstanding and your techniques is really working a lot Thank you so much 😊
