Thank God for Lisa who is so open about her life. I have followed her for years and have been blessed by her ministry. She is an inspiration, I am also a mature single, never been married and would love to adopt kids some day.
I love Lisa! She has a relatable teaching style and great understanding of God's word. I was so wrapped up in her teaching that when she said, "We're afraid He's going to fry us into little grease spots of oblivion" I was actually looking for that in the verse at the bottom of the screen even though I've been familiar with Exodus 20 for almost 40 years. She has a wonderful gift of making the scriptures come alive and I praise God for that!
My 1st time seeing Lisa & I loved her Words from God. I too love the description of Gods Word "A Love Story". I thank God for Loving me for me for eternity as I love God for eternity! Lisa , I would always say to God where is my husband did he die in war ! Now I look at the husband Gods sent me at 62 and I look at him and realize yes it is the war of life and this world . Scripture says if you can don’t remarry. After several years of marriage I realize why. Listen to God . Two arms to hold you , yes . Life to share with him and his last relationships , all of the past. His children your past your children . Your ways his ways. It is like you snd your daughter all the things she has been through, and all the things you been through. How she grow up without you and your world without her . I didn't hear the 10 commandments until I was 32, I have lived in America my whole life. I think we assume people know them, but I don't know if I believe that. And even the people who have heard them I don't think they understand them unless they know God and are in relationship with Him.

It’s the hardest thing in the world to NOT have kids in a large family all with kids. I feel I have been dropped from some other universe, especially at Christmas where the focus is on families. How blessed you are! If finances had been different maybe.
