DIVING CRAYFISH - GARLIC, BUTTER and LEMON CATCH COOK on the ROCKS 

This episode is a trip down memory lane diving WEST COAST LOBSTER and doing a catch cook in the old traditional style and the family sit around a table. Telling old stories having a glass of wine and laughing till you cry.
Me and Evan made a quick trip down to the West Coast because the crayfish season opened and we were not disappointment. The first day we struggled as we were not use to the ice cold water and scratching in shallow water for the bugs.
After me managed to get use to the cold water we got a couple of crayfish and went home to experience the hospitality of the wonderful West Coast locals. Thank you so much Pierre and Jacques for everything. We had a total blast of a time.
