Yes, you are right Fast Hands should not be used on shotguns as the 8 pellets do not count for individual crits

There's a bit of a trick to use Fast Hands on shotgun, but it will only work on shotgun with bullet fed reload animation. If you partially reloaded your shotgun it will not reset the fast hands stack, thus allowing you to enjoy the benefit of fast reload once you are able to stack it to max. Just try to left click to shoot to stop you from fully reloading the shotgun and continue from there. This will work with Super 90, KSG shotgun (12 mag so allow many room for error before you accidentally do a full reload resetting your Fast Hands stack) etc, and doesn't work with say SIX12 because it's a full mag reload animation. Though I would prefer to just run Pummel and save the reloading steps if possible, but Fast Hands is a niche way of making it work with Shotgun.

Interesting, I weirdly remember Fast hands having an effect. Probably misremembering.

All testing was done with them at zero anyway, for all weapons.

Is there a lot of talk about it? I was just making a suggestion from my observations. Sure, it was just one (admittedly funny) dig at kvd in this video. But he also has entire videos like one titled “hey tux, remember me?” with the text “let’s play delusional dolly” in the thumbnail. I’m here for the informational content and not the negativity. I’m sure there’s a market for petty feuds between division 2 content creators. But that’s probably very small, in an already small division 2 content market.

In terms of single target DPS, with the right build, yes, potentially. But there are so many caviats to that. 8 enemies coming out of one door, DodgeCity Holster with Regulus, 1 bullet, 8 dead enemies. It really is dependant on what you want out of the build.

@@DodRegnbue I want to take down an elite on heroic countdown without needing to get 100 striker stacks with an acs-12, but there’s about as much chance of that as there is of being a viable Tuxedo Bandido build.

Kvd might help you get up to playing challenging. Might he's just for raw rookies.

@@jamescameron6819 Those are time trials, only Pathway park is letting you play on challenging this (and the next week). You should instead look at the time there - 6:45 JTC , 10:04 DCD - WITH no radar mind you. See how suddenly you feel that warmth in your cheeks, how the blush is starting, oh boy, but noone is judging you. If you want to make Tuxedos umpteenth build with 3 piece Brazos or KVDs umpteenth build with armor regen noone is stopping you... I just will leave your group quietly after a cursory inspect.

@@jamescameron6819 this is actually the problem. When a new player comes to this game and decided to look for builds they search RU-vid and KVD is one of the top results. And because he’s got so many subs their going to think well his builds must be good……..popular RU-vidrs like him have a big influence on new and casual players that’s why putting out so many BS builds and misinformation is a problem.
