@@Seany-boy Hey it is no problem at all, I can do it. It is just the Artificer hive effects Skill damage, Health, Duration, Haste, Repair, and Status. It al scales off of Skill Tiers. So is it Skill Damage or Total Skill damage? It can also heal other skills. It refreshes the duration of skills. Bulsters the stats that the skills already have, such as the shields Active and Holstered Regen. The damn thing is nuts.

I have tried to stay away from this as in my opinion, well, a lot of people I know share the exact same opnion. Nemesis - White Death - Mantis. In that order. Do not even bother with anything esle.
In short, my theroy was with expertise on weapons without a damage talent, such as Eagle Bearer, the damage gained from Expertise will just drop off at some point. I was working on the theory, and thought it would be around level 15 or 16 Expertise. As much as my theory is correct. The drop of is not around Expertise level 15 - 16. Nor is it anywhere near our current cap of 21. It would be around Expertise 600, which is also not a thing.
