my build is different but is working well for me... mask+ gloves are 2x W&H and the backpack is Memento.... that mask is good if your static as the healing cloud is dropping most of the times in the place that you left seconds ago...lol I wish that healing cloud from Catharsis was sticking on your character and not on ground, would been more efficient.
