The Bender is a great looking knife, as usual with Divo. But, I really appreciate the way you run your company, with so much transparency, and by sharing so much information about the how the knife is made, and the decisions you made that led to the final product. Wish all businesses were run this way. Hope you guys have another huge hit on your hands with this one.
Wish I could afford a Bender. Would definitely snap up a left hand version. Lose the lanyard hole and I love that it doesn't have a flipper protruding anywhere. Flippers are as dead as button locks.
I don't know about this design obviously but the Buzz fits my hand way better than the Tallboy. Either way, I'm looking forward to this and the Chaser!
Ok so I guess this is the one that I have a few suggestions first would be to get rid of the lanyard hole completely. Second is to add a sharpening choil and then add a rear flipper but not a standard one more like the kick stop one on a Chavez
Only thing that catches my eye is the Lanyard just doesn’t go with the flow of the knife but I get it gotta make everyone happy other than that no real critiques, when you gonna drop these potentially?
Cant wait man, but bought the acorn mini and the detent is garbage hard to reverse flick almost impossible to thumb flick cause detent is not strong at all
@@LeftyEDC yeah think im gonna contact them my pivot just keeps backing out plus i have loctited it with the paste then the liquid left alone for 12 hrs still backs out and will not stay centered
@@KillerBudda1418get vibra tite 122 oil tolerant thread locker. And try cleaning the pivot inside and on the threads with alcohol before applying any. Use a very small amount. The paste is horrible imo
Ive answered this a couple times before. Basically it boils down to not being worth the cost for us, and to customers. It would add $20 to the knife once we get them and send them to the factory to have them installed for us. 95% of customers do not care and would rather save the money. So we would be burning that money on our end for a small amount of folks. Plus, who are we kidding, I would take it apart and clean it anyway just to make sure everything is the way i like it, so at that point, i can just add skiffs myself. Hope that makes sense. Ive def gone through the thought process
