Take 2 spoons of fennel seeds and one string of mint or 5-7 leaves, boil in cup of water until it half, Put a spoon of honey and give lukewarm to kid., 2-3 spoons every 2-3 hours. Any kind of Tommy pain infections or dyhria., it works like a magic
