This is a great project from several angles. It wasn't that time consuming. It wasn't expensive. It looks wonderful in your space. It serves it's purpose well. Good job.

My late father was carpenter and I was always with him in workshop and do thinks. I love everything you do. Love from Slovenia

Oh, I want to add, that my daddy did tons of woodworking when he was alive, and ALWAYS had all the tools - he made some of our furniture, and me a desk when I was a little girl - it was beautiful and had a huge drop leaf for me to do my architecture drawings, etc. I wanted to learn to use his radial-arm saw, etc. but he never would teach me, he taught the neighborhood boys that came to hang with him in the garage, as they worked on different projects (like wooded skateboards). So, I do have that experience of just watching. One day I would love to learn to make all these things y'all do. I say it is never to late or you are never to old to learn something new! Thank you also for showing the beautiful scenery around your home. G-d bless all y'all!

Ana my wife and I have been watching you for seven or eight years. We both like that you build things with regular affordable tools yet make excellent projects. We also like how you break these projects down into easy to figure out and do steps. Proving that ideas are better than tools. My wife is from Korea and especially likes how you balance family and RU-vid. She also loves how you let us have glimpses into your life and family. Please keep up the wonderful creative things you do. We always look forward to Monday's with you and your family. 👍👍😊

You don't need much art in that space with all that gorgeous "art" out side those windows. :) The sofa table is such a great idea, it turned out great.

What a lovely living room! Your additions make it more functional and even more inviting! And the positioning of the sectional is great - you can talk to friends and watch the kids above. Or just gaze out the window. So wonderful!

Anna I admire you so much. The way your brain works...I feel so connected. It is so inspirational because I literally make things from the same inspirations and always try to figure things out to make what I like. I love how intentional you are about everything you create. Your instructions and process is so helpful. Thank you for being so generous.

All Perfects for beginners and also expert level people ru-vid.comUgkxcZqgZ8Ynkiz5n_LxIWRlAicuzmz5kCHG There is so much in this book, and it's written in a concise and easy to understand way. You'll learn not only how to use certain tools, but also how to select wood from lumberyards or home improvement stores. I especially liked the guides on making a "cut list" and a "procedures list" before you cut any wood for a project. Maybe this is common sense stuff, but, as someone new to woodworking, reading this book has saved me from unnecessarily wasting wood. I now know to mark all my cuts ahead of time to avoid knots, etc. After reading this book I built myself a basic workbench and I didn't waste any wood.

WOW, your explainations of how to cut the boards are so clear, and you make useing all of those saws and tools look easy! I am afraid of saws, and motor tools. I have used a drill a tiny little bit in my whole life. That is one fear (an I have very few fears) I want to get over. Thank you for this tutorial DIY! Y'all are sooo awesome. G-d bless!

Ana i was sent here to your website by Whitney from Whiskey and Whit. she built your outdoor furniture for her back deck the sofa and two chairs and a coffee table that came out fantastic. i have watched a number of your videos now and i have to say Girl you live in the best place on earth. My God the view is stunning, breath taking even. such stunning scenery. i love your work i think you are a great person who likes to make things with wood. I am a power tools kinda girl myself and i have done a number of projects that i have been super proud of but i don't have a You Tube channel so i can show people how i did it but some don't come out so good. we all have our fails you mentioned failed attempts to get it right. i think we all have those. You know what is great about the You Tube community is shared mistakes can lead to ideas we wouldn't have thought of, so sometimes a little help can go a long way. i know most people don't like showing the fails but sometimes its a good thing to teach too. Just something to think about. It may help you find that missing link in your build. Love this channel i subscribed on the first video i watched and i have been back many times since then, getting new ideas for my new home in the countryside. i hope we can move soon. I would like to be in before Christmas this year 2023. I live in Canada in Ontario and we get cold here but you get even colder where you are. yikes, Anyways just thought i would say hi. Take care and have a wonderful creative day. God bless you, you have a lovely family too.

Love the end table and matching console/desk tables. Once the baby is older you can build the coffee table. I, like yourself, never had any end or coffee tables in my living room when my kids were little. Now I'm trying to get my 23 yr old to get his own place so I can properly have my living/dining room back. I don't know how to build but watching you this looks pretty easy to do. Thanks for sharing :-). Btw, love that sectional!! I need to check out Costco furniture more often lol.

We're currently building a THOW (Tiny House on Wheels) and I pre-stain, primer and paint everything before it goes in. It is such a time and neck saver rather than having to do it later. We have a word we use for that "fine tuning" of everything, since nothing in our THOW is typical - it's "Customazation" haha

Howdy. I liked the build, simple and easy. A few mentions.... 1) I couldn't help to notice you using a CRAZY expensive Festool miter saw yet using a cheap $20 Diablo blade. I thought that was funny. 2) You mentioned that the cross beams were NOT structural. That's incorrect. They are indeed structural. Without them, "eventually" the table will sway/lean. That's the entire purpose as to WHY we build cross beams. Cool video 😊
