the sealed chamber is way to small it should be larger then the ported chamber .it will perform better with the baffle removed change it from a band pass 4th order to an open baffle 3rd order or put a smaller port on the sealed chamber to make it a 6th order band pass ..THE SUB NEEDS TO MOVE . i can hear the Sub hitting a break wall of AiR it will not last long
ye because the sealed chamber is way to small the sub cannot breath its an hi excursion speaker it needs to move ..it doubt it peaks lower then 100 hz .i have an 8 inch the will go down to 20 hz and destroy both those boxes
The subwoofer is roaring and the speaker can't move. He coughs and can't built pressure, because the Port is to big! ... You have to insulate his walls inside! Use 2 cm thick insulation mats.
