In this video, I will show you how to remove the OEM stereo from a Sienna 2004-2010 models and install a new Tomtop 7" touchscreen multi player stereo.
I can't believe how easy it's to remove it! Thanks for sharing. I have to check the variable resistor for the volume. It jumps back n forth when I raise the volume. It probably needs cleaning. Your video helps tremendously.😊
Thank you! I followed this video and got it all working, but there is no audio from the front speakers! My 2004 Sienna LE had four different connectors in the back, and it looks like one of the other two were for the connection to the front speakers. Any suggestions how I can get the front speakers connected?
Thank you very much! This is the best video explaining the process very clearly. I've a question: Are the plastic front and sides covers shipped with the unit? They are not listed in the box contents!
orange = illumination, dimms radio at night, also wire nits should be used only at home, they might become loose over time with car vibration... heatshrink would be better even if you dont soldier the wires
Can someone tell me the colors of the wires of this third connector for the three wires needed for steering wheel control? In my car previous owner has cut the connector off and I can not find any description with the colors I have. Would be much appreciated.
If you don't care about the hole around the unit then that's no problem because it will work fine whether or not you have the casing. You still need to find a way to secure it though or it will fall out every time you accelerate!
Where did you get the harness that doesn't fit this application? Crutchfield's? Wherever you did get the bad harness, I hope you corresponded with them. Nobody wants this to happen again. I see you have over 130,00 views. Maybe one of them had the same concern and contacted the manufacturer.
