I ended up not using the relay for this install. It's another option which I had used with these horns before, but in this case it's not necessary. Ive had the horns on for quite some time with no issues. Thanks!
*Credit (or blame) for that tone belongs to FIAMM's (Fabbrica Italiana Accumulatori Motocarri Montecchio) successful air horns from the 1960s onward. Popularity of FIAMM's dual short red air horns package (OE on Alfas, FIATs, Ferraris, Lambos, etc.) dominated the worldwide aftermarket. To compete, Hella's objective was to create a compressorless, loud, distinctive and somewhat annoying note that cut thru ambient Autobahn/Autostrada noise. Now, although they have a slightly lower composite dB output, Hella's SharpTones (yellow frames) are even more distinctive and annoying. So in that respect Hella is killin' it. Cheers!*
