Master Yousun, that was a marvelous assembly. Appreciate your meticulous attention to each section and clean set up. A brief description on the BMS type and model and charging voltage would enhance the whole video much better. Last but not least...... please describe your SPOT WELDER. Show us, in sequence, how you made it, what parts were used and the technical data. Thanks again.
Чуствуется правильный подход к сборке батареи,взято на заметку однозначно,пригодно к обслуживанию и ремонту в первую очередь,что важно в данном случае.Я в восторге
Very good indeed! Despite the absence of audio or descriptive subtitles, it was possible to understand exactly how it was done and a great level of finishing of the work itself! Perfect, congratulations!
Hi, thanks for an interesting Li-Ion Pack building video. I build my own, so I understand the time involved and extra time to film it. Some comments; Pros; Nice professional build using what looks to be top shelf spot welder and equipment. I like the way you built the layout of the pack and left cell holder openings that are protecting the connections. cons; Imagine the work required to take that pack apart if there is ever a bad cell or poor spot weld. Note; I did notice you check EVERY singe connection to be sure they were all properly welded. Once again, color code wire problem. BTW; the DC electric world as I've always know it is Red is Positive and Black is Negative. China doesn't seem to have a clue about that. Is that Blue wire positive or (probably) negative. And I can't really tell where it is connected on the BMS. VERY important steps you left out for us DIY folks. You show x2 48v voltage tests but don't show where the connections go! :-( Also, between the shrink wrap, Barley paper and tape, you've sealed it so well, there will be NO cooling air able to circulated around the cells. Here in the desert of Southern California, that could be fatal to that pack. Don't take my comments wrong, it's few and far between seeing decent videos on pack building and all involved. I give you high marks and only hope to see more in depth info on the subjects I addressed. cheers Boots Langley La Mesa, ca
I noticed the video is around 17 minutes long. How long did it actually take you for the entire process? If you were able to do this under an hour I would definitely be impressed with your skill and patience.
If I were to use a step-down converter to convert the voltage output to 12 volts, how many "amp hours/ah" will it put out at 12 volts versus putting out 20ah at 48 volts ?
Why Switch to Lithium? Longer Life, No Maintenance, and Faster Charging are just a few of the advantages lithium has over lead-acid batteries. Making it an exceptional return on your investment for years to come. SERVICE LIFE: Lithium-ion batteries last 3-4 times longer than lead-acid batteries without losing effectiveness over time. #lithiumbattery #leadacidbatteries #batteries #maintenance #investment
Looks nice, but is that BMS going to balance? Looks like this one (like most) only starts balancing around 4.2 volts per cell. I think it is good to charge cells to only 4.1V for better lifetime, but now I think the pack might not get balanced properly?
When the internal resistance of the connection between the batteries is low, the battery pack voltage will be very balanced. I will take apart the measured voltage after one year.
Brother nice work but pls make 150ah battery 12volts pls pls

Hello, where did you buy the nickel strips to assemble the cells? Are they ready or did you prepare them? and the point welder, you could give me a reference Thank you
Buenos momentos para usted... Quisiera saber cual fue el componente electrónico que colocó al lado de la batería y si también tienes el conocimiento Para fabricarlo estare atento a su grata respuesta gracias
hi in your video at 2min and 25 sec 2.25 what type of connector are this the hander you press and is a switch to? wear i can get this ad or how i can get it the you got a list for this spot welder? lead me know thank you, keep the grate job!
@@yousun2827 could you help me please, I would like to make a battery of 10S 5pack LGgbmh11865 capacity 3.7 volt 3200 Mah, must I counted it in 4.2V x 10 = 42V or my first account 3.7v x 10 = 37 volt, could you advise me a BMS? thank you so much
copper has one third of the resistance than nickel and can be found everywhere for cheap- I would solder at least the parallelization wires using solid copper wire. Then I cover all my contacts with transparent neutral silicone to decrease the risk of accidentally shortening or effects of moisture...
I really enjoyed this. I watched the whole thing. I love the way you have it close up while you're working, it helps me learn exactly what and why you're doing the things you're doing. I couldn't get this info from other videos, but your silent approach and close ups help explain a lot.
I like the natural background. I watched the whole video but there is something you didn't show us. The connection of the green wire to the BMS. And also, why is it 47V only?
I had made a lithium ion battery pack rating 14.6v 30a with the same type of bms rated 12v 30a.can I charge it with a 14.6v 3a smps or i need a same rated lithium battery charger.please reply fast
