DIY 600 In 1 SEGA Master System Game Card - An Informative Review

I recently bought this after seeing others review it on RU-vid and thought i'd make a review myself adding the answers to the questions and concerns you wanna know that the others never mentioned.
1. 600 or more SMS, SG 1000 & SC 3000 games all pre-installed in the SD card.
2. Comes with the SD card.
3. Works on a Master System model 1, Master System model 2, Mega Drive/Genesis with Master System/Power Base Converter, Analogue Mega SG and even the Master-Gear adapter for the Sega Game Gear.
4. Runs on the old flash memory technology running OS 8.
5. Can play whatever game is flashed to the Cartridge without the actual SD card being inserted into the slot.
6. Almost 3 times cheaper than an official Master EverDrive X7 from Krikzz and much cheaper than South American reproduction carts of hacks.
7. Can also add more games to the SD card yourself or can choose to even delete some.
8. Large ROMS up to 1 Megabyte work (Sonic Blast).
Unsure things:
Not 100% certain, but there could be a 1000 or 100,000 time write cycle limit attached to this.

Thanks for the review I bought one , unfortunately I noticed a nicer small sd version shortly after purchasing o well gets the job done

You will also need to do the 60hz mod to see some of the black screen games

No, no Game Gear games or patches from SMSPower to make them run on the SMS. You have to include them on the card yourself.

Is there anyway to jave it expand to a proper 4:3 ratiovlike an original game? It's stuck in a letterbox 😞

I'm not sure about that? When I bought it it said that it did have battery back up but i'm yet to actually test that out. I'm positive there is no save state mechanic like a snap. It's a steal honestly, for the price and the fact that all SMS games are already included on it so you don't have to go fishing around for games makes it even more appealing. Thanks for watching.

Do you have to load the games on yourself or do they come preloaded?

Preloaded. You can also add more games to it yourself.

Yeah aside from that ''so called'' 100,000 time write cycle deterrent, it's worth owning, because of that scare I have two of these and will only use the second one once and if the first one stops flashing.

I used both the SD card and the cartridge but my game progress still won't save. Is there an answer as to why?

I don't have an answer to that. Sorry. Maybe try using another SD card, you'd have to copy and paste all the ROMS to a laptop or USB while transitioning over to another SD card. When I got mine I was more interested to see if it worked as a whole on the Master System Converter running on the Mega Drive as other reviews on this product never made it clear that it would work on it which got me to upload my own review of it adding in the information everybody else left out.
