For anyone asking what the “sc” “dec” etc means: sc=single crochet inc=increase (two crochets in the same loop) dec=decrease (slide your hook under just the front yarn of the next two “v”s, then crochet.) In the writing, the first number is the number of row(s) you are at in the pattern... the inc, or dc, or sc is telling you what to do with your hook... the “x#” is how many times to do that pattern with your hook... and the last number is how many “v”s you should have on that row when you finish it. So... “4. (sc, dec) x4 (18)” would mean on the 4th row of what you’re working on, alternate single crocheting and decreasing 4 times. You should end up with 18 “v”s when you’re done with that row. If all of this is still too confusing, just RU-vid “how to crochet increase” or “how to invisible decrease”. Good luck.
I decided to make a tail with a sphere (or a pom-pom would work well too) in the back: 1. Mc 6Sc [6] 2. Inc (6x) [12] 3. Sc, Inc (6x) [18] 4-5. Sc [18] 6. Sc, Dec (6x) [12] 7. Dec (6x) [6] F/o and leave long tail for sewing c:
Hi. The 4:08 part got me confused. Should i do 48 sc in total or 48 sc for each round which would be 480 i hope you will answer me because idk what to do😭
@@seyrakaya 48 for each round, the number in the ( ) is the number of stiches u should have on each round once u finish it, then u repeat it for the next rows
For those using safety eyes put them in between round 14-15 and 7 stitches apart. Good to know before you stuff and sew up. Great video. I loved that she wrote the pattern on the top. I could just mute and do each row as it came up love the way you do your SC decrease. If you cannot follow hers, you can always just skip a stitch. In this type of tight crocheting, you do not see the missing stitch. if you are a beginner, this video will not be for you go learn the stitches first, learn how to read a pattern ,then come back and do this pattern. It is so cute. It is worth it.
I love your videos! I've been crocheting off and on for 45 years. By no means an expert. But I know my way around. But I love how you show what to do but don't show the entire row. No unnecessary talking, just down to business. And you've always got the instructions for the round up until the round is finished. LOVE THIS!
Absolutely loved the video... it was actually easier to follow with no talking..after I learned what the abbreviations are..I paused the video for each body part...thank you for the tutorial:)
Such a cute tutorial! Thank you so much for the demonstration. My favourite is how the body and head are connected. While I am able to make the parts separately, I never knew it would be so simple to have them connected like that. I've decided to make this for a friend's daughter. I'm excited to get started!
I believe she is using 2.3 MM needle, however, I tried with a 3.50 mm needle and it worked super well!! Thank you so so much for this pattern, Odinka. My friend is having a hard time and I made it to cheer her up. she loved it! I will definity be coming back to your channel for more patterns!
Would greatly appreciated if you could provide us with the positioning of the ears, eyes, arms and legs. Like which round to position them. Thank you. You have always provide wonderful videos.
Oh my God, this pattern is TOO GOOD! Like, it's amazing, and so easy to follow! Although it took me around 4 hours to finish it, but still I'm very glad about how it turned out! Thanks ❤
This is my 5th amigurumi. I'm a beginner as well but I got It easily and used the plush yarn. It looks sooo cute, I'm in love with my little bunny. Thanks for this amazing pattern!
The Bunny 🐰 tutorial was very helpful for making this Bunny for my little one. With proper markings nd no talking. The tutorial was really helpful. Thank you
@@risrice159 on their channel, you have to scroll down a bit but it's called "BUNNY HOW TO SEW AND ASSEMBLE" ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yn0D22J-YoI.html
an incredibly cute project! though I really wished you could've guided us through the actual assembly process, where to sew each body part and all. great video nonetheless! update: heard there is a seperare video on how to assemble. thanks to whoever told me!
I am in the middle of crocheting and I actually really like the pattern so far although I used a bigger yarn and a bigger hook so I know it’s gonna turn out a lot bigger it’s OK
I am just learning Amigurumi thank you for such good instructions. I like the idea that you don't talk about anything and everything that has nothing to do with the making of this toy. Sometimes you are watching a video and following along and they go off the project and talk about the Cat, dog or the weather, and it's all written down on the instructions. It can be so frustrating.😢 Once again thank you for your video 😊
I’m new to TRYING crocheting 🧶, but this little guy is adorable. I’m going to have to try, I’m still trying to find the best way to hold the needle and wrap the yarn around my hand, listen, the struggle is real y’all lol. Thank you for this video with the pattern.
Thank you for this tutorial. I made one for myself and it turned out pretty great but it would have been more helpful if you would teach us how to sew it together .
I did this bunny with you!!!! Completed toy. And you shouldn't slow down like others asked, I did speed 0,75 or 0,5 and I did understand everything, if I didn't I watched more times.
As a mom of a boy with a bad chewing habit, I do not recommend the plastic eyes. As cute as they are, and as sturdy as they might seem, they can and will get them off. Good luck on the pattern I had so much fun doing this one. 💗
The video is intended for those who already know how to knit. If you want clear instructions, then watch the video intended for beginners. Personally, I just read the inscriptions from above, and did not watch how the author knits. And it came out very well.
Write down her patterns first then do it without watching the video. The video is to be used as guide when you need visual guidance. I have made severals of her patterns and they are very easy to follow.
I am new to Amigurumi. But I did this thanks to your easy tutorial. Came really really cute. Love it sooooo much. Thank you so much for the tutorial. And im gonna follow your other tutorials and create more. Your channel is amazing ❤
Hello my name is Delphine and I live in France. I love your work... I like your tuto because they are quiet and very beautiful. I speak english a little. I would like a tuto to create the character of Sophie from the cartoon howl's moving castle. I love the Miyazaki's movies... Thanks. ♥️♥️♥️
Thankyou for the rabbit, still making got one ear to go,but already done my anne and Gilbert doll came out really good, learning things all the time as fairly new to crochet more of a knitter, but really enjoying it keep up the good work! Find your videos really easy to follow!
Beautiful pattern. Thank you. About to start assembling. I've made the rabbit and the the accompanying outfits. My niece loves her rabbit. Can't wait to do more of your patterns. The rabbit was my first amigurumi project.
bro i stumbled across this and it looks so relaxing, but omg. crocheting is so scary sounding, but also the things it makes are super cute. lol i wish this didnt scare me because this is so cute lol
I’m currently following the tutorial, how long has this taken people I’m about 30 minute in and only on row 11 of the head but I only learn how to crochet 2 days ago. I’m slow but it is looking good and getting faster
This is my second amigurumi, even though I’m a beginner,I’m planning to make this for one of my friend for her birthday:)). I really hope she’ll like it :D
my bunny looked amazing but instead if gluing on the eyes i used safety eyes and it looked much cleaner but overall a really easy tutorial to follow my baby sister loved it and will totally make it again thanks again
The site depends on yarn and hooks. If you followed exact then you just must have used a bigger/ thicker yarn and a bigger hook. It's all good. If you want to small go with a small worsted or sport or even baby and use 3.0mm hook or smaller even. Some of that yarn can be 2.5 or 2.0 even. Just remember, thinner yarn, smaller hook equals smaller plush.
I have made this, I made 2 bunnys, 1 girl (white) i put flower in her head and 1 boy (grey). Thank you so much. Now I want to make big bear, and next pumpkin boy girl..
This bunny was my second amigurumi after a whale. Now I'm doing it again and I see a lot of difference uwu Feel free to contact me if you have any doubt (:
I can crochet have done for decades I can read patterns and even I couldn’t see exactly what she did on the decreases rows at slower speed. I have an idea but it’s not how I would do it but ultimately that doesn’t count as long as it looks the same and the count is correct. My advice is learn to single crochet, increase and decrease single crochet from slower teaching videos write down the pattern or get the link to the pattern and print it and follow along row by row and if needed go back to other videos for the increase or decrease rows. Good luck ps it’s very addictive as a hobby
I am a beginner as well. What helped me is to simply learn how to do a normal stitch, inc and dec. Then you just go through video paying attention to steps and just do what it shows you to do. Plus if you know the stitches and can just follow pattern you can stitch while doing something else
Great results??? Did yours turn out as big as mine did for some reason mine looks exactly the same just bigger I can't for the life of me figure out why though😳😳😳
hi ! i love the pattern because it’s so cute !! may i ask how much grams of yarn u used and how much time it took to make it? your reply would be super appreciated, thank u so much !
Odinka, thank you so much for your tutorial. I like it although only with music as a background. Your tutorial is easy to understand but there is no assembly tutorial. As I am a beginner in making amigurumi animals I have a difficulty in joining the arms, legs and ears of the bunny but i will do my best. I subcribed already and will be your follower.
Increase is basically when you put 2 stitches into one stitch which widens your circle and decrease is putting one stitch into two stitches to reduce the circle. Also it's good to use front loop only during decrease to avoid big gaps. You can also use this to increase or decrease your stitches in case you have messed up somewhere and no one will ever know. Hope it helps😊
