I Love People Who Share !!! Lori Knowles is AWESOME. Do you sell t-shirts so I could advertise and direct people to your videos and websites and blogs etc. You have helped me so much. Therapeutic Crafts. Happy Glitter. I love shiny, glittery things, but could never afford them. Thanks to you for your tutorials I have happiness in my life these days. What you do for others is priceless.
A wonderful project. I think this would be a wonderful family craft project. The plain stockings could be made ahead of time and let the decorating begin. Fun for all ages.
I just set down to watch this video after a very rough morning spending over two hours on the phone , speaking to 8 different people at AT&T trying to figure out a mess the guy at the store made for us . Over two hours on the phone and our 15-month old granddaughter screaming and melting down a good amount of it , as I thoughtI would only be on the phone a few minutes not over two hours , it was past her nap time by the time I got my issue resolved , so I was finally going to sit down and watch a show and relax , fed the baby but she is still up , lol , and was excited to see your video ,perfect treat for today ,and then I see your shout out. You have no idea how much that meant to me and how much I needed that today! I couldn’t figure out why all of a sudden I had a bunch of new subscribers , so thank you so much !! After watching your stocking video, well , the start I’m gonna go back and watch it now. I was trying to decide what ornament to do next and wanted to do something simple. I do believe I’ll do a Beaded version of a stocking and then put a link back to this one so people can see both. Doing a stocking was on my list and frankly I could use a simple ornament this week after today and then yesterday I had a refrigerator fiasco also with the baby in tow !! So I want to keep it simple and a stocking would be simple, and it be fun to do one and then link back to your stocking so people have two options to make a stocking ornament! I love the faux fur you found! That is awesome I will definitely have to pick some of that up if my store has it. I have a little tiny strip of faux fur that I got from a friend but that looks way better than what I have. Now on my stocking I’ll do I’ll do all beads and sequins , But I do plan on doing some farm animals , probably after Christmas, and it might be kind of fun to do that fur on the sheep !! Thanks again, you are a sweet friend to do that for me! And now I’m going to dig out my cut outs of stockings and do a stocking myself! I’m excited to do it and link back here! Now , off to finish the video , your stockings are adorable !! I’m excited to see how you make them!💗
Awwww! You are so welcome Hun! You do wonderful work and you do an awesome job as a mom and grandma. You should be proud of yourself! You have one of the toughest jobs and most rewarding at the same time. Love and hugs to you Stephie!
I had to comment again ! 30 years of making felt ornaments and never once thought of pinning two pieces of felt together and cutting front and back out together ! You just saved me so much time !! I always learn at least one new thing every one of your videos !! Thank you !!
Sorry hit the send button before I added another comment. There are also thread guides that you can buy to help thread a needle. I just love all the super projects that you come up with.
Just beautiful thank you so much for sharing l like to watch the Hallmark Christmas movies I all so enjoy the great light decorations they do some very beautiful work on there yards
Your version is adorable... it's fun to see different versions.. I started making these forty five years ago...you can use felt or fur or anything... I put the child's name on them and boys liked them too ..your imagination and style make it unique...
A lot of crafters used those microfiber cloths last year & I see them using them again this year. Great craft item for little cost. Such cute little ornaments for babies 1st Christmas. Put name on fur. Mary
So adorable ! I could see these being used for babies first Christmas, or even a holiday gender reveal Christmas decoration ... really wonderful, thank you for all your fabulous idea's
These are just precious! I think I’ll make some of these stitched together with a blanket stitch. That would be so cute! Thanks for giving us another pattern too! I just love your patterns. I can’t wait to make these precious little stockings. 💖
Wow, I love these..they are so simple and easy to create but so pretty! I will try this and add to my collection of holiday crafts I have made from your tutorials. Thank you so much for sharing another great item to create! 🤩
These are lovely. What a great idea to use the microfiber cloth! I've been trying some gnomes but the beards were a pain to make. I think the cloth would work really well for them, too. Thank you so much! Pat xox
Aww they are so cute ! I am such a fan of yours. I jump right on when I see you've done a new video. I need to make some handmade ornaments because I love a tree with handmade things on it. Such a cute idea..Thanks.
Update...I cheated a little. I didn't have any embroidery thread so I just used a basting stitch and sewed them on my sewing machine in a pretty coordinating color. Also I had some fur from and old throw pillow that I had kept for "some project that might come up in the future, so yay I used that! They came out so pretty. I made six of them and they look so cute on the tree. Thanks again.
This will be a perfect little holder for a baby rattle. Our granddaughter is expecting her first baby ( Alice June ). Her due date is Christmas Eve! I have a feeling though that she'll be born before then.
You've done it again! Beautiful and innovative, but I missed the link providing lace and pearl embellishments source. Keep up the great ideas; love watching your videos. Thx!
Thank you so much Hun! Just click on my blog at happybirdsglitternest.blogspot.com and when the page opens, click on the pic of the stockings. The links will be right there. :o)
I love you projects thank you so much for sharing your talent . Not sure if you are aware but there is a pen called a frixion pen that when you add heat to disappears. Just thought it would help you with your felt projects xx blessings from the UK
I love them but hate sewing! I would rather take an engine apart than sew. But for these I could probably endure so will have a go because they are so cute!
I love this video. Thank you sooo much. Also, do you sell any of your crafts to the public. I would love to purchase something made by you. Could you please tell me where and how to purchase. I'm in Pawtucket, RI and was wondering if you could sell me something?
Hello my friend, thank you for sharing your videos we (my g'daughter Eva 7yrs & I) love your videos. I was just wondering if you have any idea what to do with empty medication bottle's of all kinds of sizes? I do take medication every day & have bunches & bunches of them. I've already put beads to store in them, that was a great idea & I'm very happy with that ☺ so if you can give me somewhat crafty ideas todo with them I'd be so grateful appreciate. Thank you so much. Please keep your fun crafts idea's coming. 😉
Awwww! Thank you Sweetie! Gosh, I haven't thought about medication bottles Hun. I'd have to give that some thought. I'm so very sorry you are on meds Sweetie.
