DIY Aircooled Porsche 911 Clutch Replacement, Sachs Lightweight Racing, Projekt Airkult Episode 19 

I'll show you how to replace the clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate on an aircooled Porsche 911. I'm upgrading to a lightweight aluminum pressure plate with a Sachs Power Clutch kit (3000 961 101). This kit will remove about 4lbs of rotational mass from your engine/clutch assembly, which should make it rev a little faster. If you have any questions, please ask!

Join me as I stumble along rebuilding the drivetrain of my 77 Porsche 911S. To be honest, I have no idea what I'm doing. I've never owned an aircooled car before this one, there's a huge learning curve, and I've been avoiding this since I bought the car years ago. I can't afford to pay 911 prices on things, so I'll be doing as much of the work myself as possible.
