Try drilling the boss and bolting it to a block of hardwood to hold in the vise. Those blades are delicate and an overpressure can result in damage to the grain you might not be aware of. Excellent work!

SIr, Your manual sketching measuring , cuttinng , fishining all fine well planned . but this need all those tools to make at home we dont get it. what type wood its any name for that texture?
I carved apple O20 Cox props. They didn't come out as nice as yours. Now I have an O 200A, and a 73 inch propeller is supposed to be laminated. You can't carve a stack of them in a weekend. At least it won't be free flight. It should last longer. Culver makes biggie props. Take a bow.
Very beautiful job. It would be nice if maybe each quadrant was coloured , or had floating reference points edited in as an overlay, so left / right, upper / lower, LE / TE distinctions were more easily understood. It got to be a bit of a blur initially. Think I will have to buy Peck props for now. I don't have a spatial brain. Oh well.
@@arjunflykitesharma1376 I don't have any idea about the exact weight of the gliders but all i know is, it should be as light as possible so it can glide perfectly in flight.
