For drilling holes in a perfect grid, print a center dot inside the circles. Then take a small nail and make a tiny divot at the center (i.e. a "pilot hole" in a sense). This should help you place the drill bit perfectly into the center. Great build, and awesome narration. I could listen to this guy read the ingredients list on a cereal box and find it enjoyable.

I would have added adjustable feet to the back, as well as the bottom. I would then add soft adhesive feet to the adjustable feet. One set of feet would be low enough to go against the baseboard of my home, and be adjusted shorter than the other two... the other two would be at the very top of the machine, again with soft adhesive feet attached. This would prevent the machine from banging against the wall if someone began to be aggressive. In this way it would be stable and not mar the wall. I also used to work delivering arcade machines, often they had handles built into the back and the bottom of the cabinet, *in back( were a set of wheels. These wheel could not touch the ground until the machine was tilted back. When tilted back the combination of the handles on the top and the wheels on the bottom acted as a built in hand truck for wheeling the machine around. As for speaker holes to make them straight next time use a pipe hanger strap, and a bit that just fits the holes. I left a link below. Drill the "end" holes to the first row and insert a bolt as you finish each end hole, put another piece of strap perpendicular to space out the rows. Once the end holes are made for all rows, one or multiple straps are used to drill the holes in between. www.homedepot.com/p/Oatey-3-4-in-x-10-ft-28-Gauge-Galvanized-Pipe-Hanger-Strap-33526/301505504

Good job on using 2 separate encoders for player 1 and player 2 instead of sharing the same encoder. This gives you more possibilities. Example, if you buy 2 Titan 1 adapters. You can convert both encoders to real game console controllers. Use game systems inside the cabinet. Titan 1 is compatible with all game consoles except Wii U. Another cool thing you can do is play online through the parsec application with the Titan device. You can't use 2 Titans doing this. The program Max Aim only allows 1 controller to be used for remote play but you can program 2 Titan 1 on any game console for normal gaming. You can also transform player 1 and 2 to 2 Xbox controllers using Titan 1 to play steam games. Or you could do it for free with the program called xoutput if you don't wanna buy Titan 1 devices. Titan devices has endless possibilities you can literally stick anything with a USB cord and it works. One more trick with parsec. If you wanna game inside your living you can do that easily. Leave your arcade on, use another device like a laptop. Connect the laptop to a TV. Turn on the parsec application inside both the arcade and the laptop. Stick a Xbox controller inside the laptop, connect and your all set to arcade game in your living room. Only bad thing about parsec is you need unlimited internet to do this, otherwise you will have a huge bill.

@@CGRTist Yes, I wish my rig had 4 zero delay encoders. The sad truth is cheaper encoders are better. I would buy 4 Titan 1 devices and play smash bros ultimate on Nintendo switch. IPAC, one player only, it's 1 device so it's one player.

@@CGRTist Here's a great example if you wanna play with friends far way. You'll be at home at your arcade but they can play you from there house. It's a bit complicated but you'll figure it out. Your friend just needs a Xbox controller and computer. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-x3Ltv4oHBVI.html

You are such an inspiration to me, I am a young black die hard fan of Star Wars and I can hardly find anyone that looks like me doing these amazing projects and builds. Because of you I’m going to be building a Star Wars man cave inspired by your home theatre and I’d love any advice (do’s and don’ts) you have on creating a Star Wars space !

I've totally felt that way growing up. Luckily I have a best friend who was almost exactly like me. We are still friends to this day. Good luck with your build, and if you have questions let me know. Feel free to reach out via Insta.
