Adding a comment if anyone else has a similar issue, the capacitor right next to the one you replaced, labeled C24 in my Pr4 ecu, controls the fuel pump priming when turning the key forwards and while running, just for extra info on these since it’s hard to find out what does what online, there’s only ecu pin outs not motherboard info

I have this issue on my early 90's Honda Accord on the dashboard cluster. It keeps the coolant temperature gauge from working, the SRS light on, and the indicator showing a bad bulb on the back of the car lit. Nothing wrong with the gauges or bulbs. It's capacitors burned similar to those in this video.
I have a 1992 accord ex. The car will not stay charged after sitting for a while. The dealership has replaced some capacitors which has not helped. I found an ECU on eBay that is supposedly for my car. And the seller said that it works. It seems like it would be easier just to replace the entire ECU instead of individual capacitors. Is that true? Also, how can I tell if the ECU that I bought from eBay is the correct one for my car?
Well the car was addling a little weird and had a burning smell on the passenger side, right where the ecu is so, I knew something was up with the ecu.
What capacitor controls the ECT and iat temperatures?? I think I have a bad ground or capacitor but It runs and yet hondata cannot read it right and it says it's at 302° for both but it hasn't overheated at all and runs pretty well
