Ok so the dimensions of the tombstone are 4ft tall. That’s from the bottom of the base to the top of the peak. It’s roughly 2.5 feet wide. The font I used for it was Caslon Antique. I just kinda eyeballed how big it should be. Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. The foam board was the most expensive thing. It was $36 when I made this but I think they nave have jumped in price to like almost $50 now. The spray foam was $4 a can and I used only 1 can for this.

At time code 5:14 you say to drill into the foam then use hot glue. When I do this technique the screw pulls right out and the hot glue melts the foam in a big big way. I'm using pretty dense foam. What am I doing wrong? Is there a special hot glue to use to work with foam? Thanks.
So I use the 2 inch thick foam insulation board from Lowe’s. I never have issues with the hot glue melting the foam. What foam are you using? I use Gorilla Glue sticks. Not sure if it makes a difference.
@@HesCrafty we use foam insulation (pink panther) from Home Depot and the hot glue just eats right through it. Can you share a link to the foam you use from Lowes? We'd love to try it out. We'll also try the GG glue sticks to see if that helps. Thanks!
@@bobbyboombeck Here are the links to the foam boards and glue sticks. That’s crazy about the Home Depot foam boards. I guess we know which ones to use when building a house now. I stopped using the Home Depot ones because they had score lines on the so you could break them apart easier.
