Hello friends this time I have made a prototype of BLDC motor winding machine using arduino and some stepper motors.
This machine wind the coil of copper wire to the internal pole of stator or rotor,
yes this machine not any near to called a winding machine, its winding loose coils,
motors are not much powerful so coils are not that much accurate.
My point to build such machines is simple, I like how we can do small automation using arduino and some 3D printed parts.

for a better winding you need some resistance when the machine turn the wire around :) like a rubber squeeze or something similar to keep a tension on the enameled wire

And the nozzle must be plastic, metal would damage wire enamel.

Really neat project,! i'd love to see another video where you use these recommendations to iterate on this design. Then maybe videos afterwards on designing a DIY BLDC Motor !

You'd also want to keep the windings neater, a bit of tension will help, but if they aren't neat, they'll take up way more room.

Normally I watch these sorts of videos by "Mr. [Whatever]" with pre-loaded disgust because I know it's going to be a load of shit. This, however, is absolutely fantastic. Not terribly unlike some rewinding machines out there in the real world either. Keep up the good work Mr. Innovative, this is actually really useful for your budding RC hobbyist in particular.

my stator size is OD 36mm inner hole 16mm and height 23mm, it is a 4 pole two 28swg winding wires one clock wise one anti clock wise can you design it.
