Hi there. I like the build a lot. I'm planning to do a build with the same amp and similar power source and hoping I can ask you some questions please. Have you done any kind of battery life tests with it? Or even played 'loud music' for 'x hours'? Also, max voltage for 6s x 4.2v cells is 25.2v. Does the amp take 25v without any issues?
I don’t remember the exact data on current consumption, from about 200mah to 1A., It’s just that for a small room, 30% volume is enough completely. The column worked for about 9 hours without problems with a volume of 60-70%. At a maximum voltage of 25.2v, the amplifier worked without problems, you can use a 24v charger and your battery above will not be charged. The best solution would be to use a DC-DC converter, for example you can make a 3S, 4S, 5S battery and raise it to the required 24v. and you will not have a drawdown in power with a battery discharge.

На свой вкус оставил бы все как есть,кроме сч и вч.Их бы заменил на мид басс 2шт по "6" дюймов и 2 пищалки. А что за саб поставили,8дюймов,мощность?Как называется? И по аккумулятору,получается 24в и всего 3000мач,маловато будет🤔 И про ручку хотел спросить,как ее носить,ручки же нет. во сколько обошлась Вам эта колоночка?
Весь комплект динамиков из microlab H600, достойная акустика была (не в счет аудиофилов). По аккумулятору, ну это все по желанию, вы же понимаете, что с такой отделкой и размером не предполагается ее носить по улицам и тд. для домашнего использования более чем достаточно. По ручкам, я не люблю их, портят вид, личное мнение. Можно делать конечно в стенках, но опять же жертвуя внутр. объемом, особенно если это колонка поменьше.
@@DIYAcoustic хочу добавить.Ручку можно сделать из кожи и смотреться будет четко.На улицу носить, разве что малолетки не смогут,тяжело,а так в машину закинул и поехал.Допустим на рыбалку,в лес ,дачу речку. Знаете же,что 3116д2,саб выход даёт 100вт,только при подключении в 2ом?При 4ом-50вт настоящих,не рмс,это при 24вольтах,а при 12вольтах,то вообще печаль-10вт.Некоторые лепят в сборку 12вольт и пук,пук.😁

Frequencies are cut from approximately 280hz to 7000hz for the midrange speakers, the rest of the frequencies are played by tweeter. the only caveat, the midrange speakers are connected in series, and the tweeter is in antiphase. In any case, purchasing a ready-made crossover separately is not very good, you need to take measurements of all the speakers.
Hi! I have a question. I have the same amolifier (tpa3316 2*50w + 100w), and I noticed that above 70% it clips. The bass becomes distorted and sounds trash. Did you noticed that on your own speaker? If yes, how can I fix it?
in my assembly the components are suitable for the power of the amplifier and the amplifier itself is powered by a 6s 24v assembly. If your speakers have a rated power lower than the amplifier, then you will have to: 1) use an external sound source module, bt, usb, etc. but with volume control. 2) if there is Bluetooth on the board, then use 2 variable resistors in series, 1 will be a volume limiter, 2 will be external to control the main volume.

Lo que desilusiona de este tipo de vídeos ni es que tu no puedas hacer una caja acústica para un parlante....desilusiona es el tipo de herramientas que utilizan para algo que no es tan complicado de hacer....y cuando vez que usan herramientas de primera tue piensas...y ahora que hago yo con mi serrucho mi sierra cortadora mi martillo y nada más...yo si e echo pero mucha gente ve esto y que va hacer 😫😫😫
