DIY Book Folding Kettle Lamp | DIY Lamp Idea
This is the first episode of the "DareToDIY" series that I have started recently.

Who challenged me: @krafty_boy_gaurav123 shared the image of the book folding kettle and dared me to DIY the same.
Book folding art was new to me, and I love learning a new art. So the idea intrigued me and accepted the challenge.
But what's the fun if I don't add my own twists! So I put my creative hat on and thought of making something that's functional too.
Hence I made a book-folding teapot and a teacup hanging lamp.
DIY:
So this is actually the best DIY lamp Idea. It's easy & unique at the same time.
I took an old book that I wasn't interested in reading again. Neither could I gift it to anybody. The number of pages in the book should be 200-250. First, I removed the cover page, as we only need the inside pages for the book folding art.
To make the book folding kettle, we will make two different types of folding patterns on alternate pages until all the pages are folded.
This will give us a nice-looking teapot. Now to add the spout and handle, we will use the cover page. But first, we'll stick the pages on the cover page. Now draw and cut the handle and the spout. Stick them on the teapot as shown. Now stick the double-sided tape on the first and last folds of the teapot. Slide it onto the electric wire of the lamp.
The teapot will rest on the bulb holder. Now remove the backing of the double-sided tape and stick the first and last folds of the teapot together.
Similarly, you can also try a teacup (an entire tea set).
