I am going to check and see how readily available the supplies are. I don't know if I have your patience to do something like this but I may try.

Friend, interesting idea, add propellers so that the air bubbles hit and rotate them. It is possible to switch the LED modes.....

That is fine craftmanship. I've seen water bubble walls and oil (glycerin) bubble walls, but never one that did both. What oil did you use?
