For some reason people ask questions but never recieve answers so heres some to help... 1/2 yard = 44 in x 18 in or 112 cm x 46 cm ... Each cut is 2 in thick ... although as someone pointed out you can cut it at 2 3/8 in and have no waste at all .. Hope this helps people .. sorry it just bugs me when i read comments and people watch these videos ask questions and NEVER recieve answers .. 😔
At 1st I thought this is not simple this is a lot of work. Then I saw where u were going. Instead of sewing a bunch of strips together u make one or two long stitches and then cut all at once. Very useful idea. I see where time can be saved.
I can't tell you how grateful I am for making this tutorial. I'm having trouble looking for bias online that is suitable for my projects because of limited patterns. Thank you soo much for this video! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
WOW! Thank you thank you so much. Saw this on RU-vid about 2 years ago and couldn't find it again! I am making a quilt right now and you put this out in the nick of time!!😍
You’ve added important information that I’ve not seen demonstrated, answers lots of questions I’ve had about why, when following other instructions, they don’t work out. Many thanks
Once again an excellent tutorial. I struggled with the last step and watched numerous videos, but they all glossed over the most vital part, or had some other complicated fold over method. Thanks to the great detail, shown on your video I spent an afternoon making bias and what a pleasure it was. Grateful thanks.😘😊
If I use 60" wide fabric and maybe 3/4 yard I should get at least 14 yards? I have 2 fleece blankets that I want to bind along with some other embellishments and I just want to have enough binding to complete the job. I have seen two other versions of making continuous binding and I want to try all versions, but not now. All the other versions show small pieces of fabric for demonstrations. Thank you so much for providing that one thing, cutting the triangle from one end. Thanks again.
Ici,on voit bien !👍
It's easy to do it , quickly made and economic . Kind regards from France !
Does anyone know the WIDTH she drew/cut the strips please?? Kinda looks like 2” or maybe 2.25”?? Of course we could draw whatever we need and trim to fit but would be fun to know. Thanks
seems like she used 4-5cm width. Im sure if you cut thinner you'll get much more length! Maybe search online for readymade bias tape and base your width on that
Bonne Cousette 😉
Hi 👋 … I have a request . Have you heard about Tokyo diaper clutch/ wallet ? It is a clutch type bag to hold diaper, wipes, and change pad for babies. I am in baby shower season ( must be covid 2020 , no one leaving the house ! 😁😁 I have some many friends now who are turning grandmas !! ). I love this diaper clutch bag and want to make some as gifts. May I ask you for a template or tutorial on how to make this ? Stores are open now as of last week in limited fashion , only 15% capacity so line ups. I know you’re a great designer so this is right up your alley. Thanks 🙏🏻 for your consideration.
